It was very frustrating when my electricity went out, I decided to order Taco Bell online(spur of the moment) and pick up in the drive thru. (I was not dressed to be seen in public, I got to the drive thru and they told me the system is down and I would have to come inside (even though my order was ready to be picked up) I couldn't understand why they couldn't just hand my food through the window instead of having to come in and get it when that had nothing to do with the system working or not, to top it off some of my items were missing.
Staff is inside, walk in orders are closed, but staff won't respond at the drive thru. These people are getting paid to ignore customers. When they finally responded they sounded annoyed that anyone would be there ordering. Didn't even bother to give me a receipt. When I got the tacos they were cold and wet, like they had been sprayed with water. A few tacos didn't have much beef in them, only a tablespoon. Some tacos only had lettuce and beef and no cheese. This place is a mess
This place always has a problem when I go. Either they miss an item, dont get your item right, drive thru system magically isnt working so you've got to go inside to get your food, etc. Absolutely terrible. Unfortunate that it's the closest taco bell to my house
Love Taco Bell, but the service at the one on the loop in Longview Tx needs serious help. Go into pick up my order and I was ignored until I raised my voice. I don't like having to do that by any means. Please have your employees better trained to do the job. Even if they are shorthanded is no excuse to ignore customers.
Very great customer service! The food was awesome as always . Would definitely come back! Want to Thank the night crew for putting up with us Walmart customers at night we can be a handful sometimes .
The service was good, they just are short on products because of delivers. They couldn't make a crunch wrap.
Y'all don't get me wrong everywhere has issues but this place by far compared to other Taco Bells I have been to out does them all! One of the managers Dusty is always so friendly and gives us such great care! He's a daytime manager. They do us right at this Taco Bell! 5 STARS!!
They have such great customer service and one of the day shift managers Dusty is amazing! They always do so good at this Taco Bell. I would recommend this one over others I have been too!
The night manager is awesome, she is always busting her tail. Kinda seems like she is having to do everything herself. Cooks do not pay attention to mobile orders, the last 3 something is either missing or made wrong. Ordered a box meal which comes with a drink only to be told by the worker that it doesn't come with a drink. Manager made sure we got our drink the next day.
They are going downhill. Ordered 2 keto chicken power bowls for lunch (no rice or beans) with extra chicken and extra guac, with a medium drink. Barely less than $20. I was hungry.This is what I got, both of them have exactly this much. This one had even less chicken.
