Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, 2 doritos locos tacos, 2 Supreme doritos tacos, a Supreme burrito, a nacho cheese steak chalupa, and a large Baja blast. Total came out to $31.18. As to not hold up the line I checked my bag after pulling off. When I did, I discovered my chalupa was missing. I pulled to the front and went in to ask for my missing item. Chris (I assume the manager) immediately accused me of not only receiving it but getting extra food. I told him I did not. He proceeded to argue with me and I went outside to get the bag and bring it back in. I informed him that if I was wrong I would apologize but if he was wrong I expected an apology and to be accommodated for the inconvenience. After emptying the bag of it's contents, instead of apologizing he kept accusing me, until one of the employees spoke up and told him he had the wrong person. He then asked for the receipt. I'm 9.5 months pregnant and at this point I'm livid. I told him to just look it up on the register and give me the food I paid for. He refused so I went and got the receipt, but not to get my food at this point but a full refund because this was handled all wrong. He never apologized.
The staff did not correctly ring up the order ( he was confused by his own menu options) and then when I asked them where an item was they said no you ordered .... Then nothing. No offer to correct or to even ring me up for what I really wanted or anything. I left very disappointed. The food I ate was o.k., they did not remove the sauce as asked so it bothered my indigestion.
Absolutely the slowest fast food ever! We have literally been in line at a fast food Taco Bell for the past 30 minutes! There are employees literally standing around holding up a wall while there's a line around the corner it is absolutely ridiculous!
It was good but I haven't really liked taco bell as much since I moved to TX. But there as been recipe changes and I am not digging the new recipes
I’m a vegetarian due to digestion issues, I specified on my online order no refried beans or seasoned beef, my order arrived with both. I tried calling the place three times and no answer. This is unacceptable, paid 20$ for a doordash order that I can’t even eat.
Door dashing an order not helped by employees and they took over 20 minutes. A lady in the kitchen was wearing gloves and would go to scratch herself and touch more food. Disgusting.
Ok so I dont know what it is about the people who work here, but I swear every time I go, they are always so friendly and cheerful! I genuinely leave here smiling or laughing half the time because whoever was working cracked a joke or said something witty and I just honestly enjoy it. Maybe it's just me noticing that idk but I like this taco bell and the food is good too.

i got off of work late and I went to Taco Bell thinking I was going to get some good food but it rarely had any meat and I didn’t finish the rest because the meat was kinda raw
