So I was under the impression that subway closes at 9... but apparently its 9:30, so that makes this even worse, Me and my husband were just there getting sandwiches and the lady taking our order couldn't hear us cause her rude coworker was slamming stuff around while she was making the sandwiches to the point we felt like we were inconvenience him by getting what we wanted on our sandwiches, if you don't close til a certain time, you shouldn't do any type of clean up till after closing and certainly not to the point where guest feel uncomfortable.
Food was great, staff must have been new as only 1 poor guy was running back and forth picking up the slack and flopping a good job and also knowledgable

I was next in line while the one sandwich artist was preparing the other customer's sandwich. I saw 2 other employees. One was working drive through and the other appeard to be doing very little. After he was finished and just starting my sandwich, a lady came in and said she was in a hurry and wanted a salad. One of the other employees jumped up and immediately began making her salad. The lady was allowed to cut the line because she was in a hurry! This is bad customer service. The sandwich was a mess. The sandwich artist must have been new as he was very slow and had difficulty cutting the bread. That's understandable if you're new. I get it. However, the customer service was bad. This is my 2nd and last visit to this location.
Our favorite Subway. Good and clean. Good service and fresh food.
The sandwich maker seem to be in a bad mood true my sandwich together rather sloppy didn't enjoy it that much next time I'll go to Walmart at the subway
Service wasn't good at all. For numerous reasons I will be driving the extra 10 mins to go to the other subway.also I thought the food wound be better seeing how they changed everything... but it seemed worse. But the main reason for my review is due to the horrible customer service.....

Was terrible food was wet and soggy . Food was almost frozen . It made me and my family sick and I'm pretty sure the woman that made our food was on drugs . She didn't wear glove to make our food and had poor hygiene. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here
Was unsatisfied with my food customer service was great it's just that the person that made my food didn't know what he was doing I chalk that up as a loss of not being trained properly
