This is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly and I like they know me by name. Would much rather spend money where I feel like they want my business.

Placed an order via mobile. Wait for 15 min before they tell me they’re out of cold brew. Then wait another 5 minutes for another drink to be made. They communication and customer service in this store absolutely stinks. How about speaking to customer when they come in. I will try using another Starbucks as this one s truly lacking in all aspects!
I ordered thru their mobile app, and when I arrived to pick up my two Shaken Espressos there was just a little wait. But was it worth it best ones me and my friend had yet.
We were at Target so went to the one there and was very pleasantly surprised. Great pink drink and we were able to get all are requests..
I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time they took a extra ten minutes when I got there to make it and made it wrong. People in drive-thru were getting their drinks before I got my 2 drinks. Smh do better. They also told me I had to call “ corporate “ because I wanted to void my card payment and pay with a different card. Like ok ??
Perfect service. Ava was the best Barista I've come across.... knowledgeable, ensightful, and cheery. Am just passing through but would be a regular customer if I was here more. 5 big stars!
