I've been coming to this Starbucks location for over a week now as my wifi at home is not doing what I need it to do. The lovely people that work here, especially Theresa (forgive me if I misspelled) and Samantha have made my very mundane experience a joy. From remembering my exact order to adjusting seating so that I am comfortable. Thank you for all you do and continue to do. The current climate for frontline employees may be overwhelming but you've provided excellent service despite all the clutter of everyday noise. Hoping I can return the favor soon!

Since my first review 4 years ago this has been my favorite Longview Starbucks, but updating to add LOVE the new remodel! Light and airy, feels nice inside.

Website shows all locations in Longview close at 9pm. Pulled up to drive through at 8:30pm, (3 cars in front of me) got to ordering board, recording comes on and states they are closed. They lost 4 sales for sure. I probably won’t be visiting this location again.

I completely understand having to change hours of the store due to whatever reason. But it would probably be better to post the times you open on the drive thru order screen, instead of the actual window. That way people aren't waiting and holding up the line making it impossible to get out of the drive thru.

Never been in one until my deaf friend want to go inside. It's a really nice place but need more parking places that you don't need to sit for 25 minutes to just be able to leave because drive thru is full & not all people don't want you to let you back out to leave.

Do you want slow service? Cause this is the one to go to if you have a lot of extra time to waste. That’s what it feels like waiting for your drink here. Plus I went in for a mobile order where somebody else took my drink. Apparently they are also undertrained because they had no idea what drink I ordered too.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The workers were rude to me. The managers didn’t seem to care about what happened. I tried to go back a few days after my first disappointing trip. It went worse the 2nd time. No one was helpful.

Whitney made the best frap I have had in the longest time. The entire store had such good energy and was so friendly! This is my Starbucks of choice in the Longview area now! Whitney keep being you and making those beautiful fraps!

App says you can pickup in store, however front door has “drive thru only” sign. Do not mobile order at this location if you use it for convenience when you have to be somewhere on time. You will have to spend an extra 15-20 minutes waiting to pickup your drink that has now been sitting on a counter for 20 minutes. I understand staffing is an issue, but there has to be a way to disable mobile orders if customers have to sit in the drive thru anyways. If I wasn’t able to mobile order I would have just made my coffee at home or planned to have extra time to sit in the drive through. Extremely friendly staff made me leave with a smile in spite of my frustration. The management should consider finding a solution to this issue.

My store has always been the one on the loop because this one has a small parking lot with a weird set up and its tough to get in and out of. This location is closer to my job and has now become my favorite store. I order on the app almost daily and they are always greeting me and wishing me a good day when i come in to grab my coffee. Its always ready for me when i get there too no wait. Totally different experience from the other location. They always appear stressed out and never acknowledge me until i ask where my order is. Not here to bash the other location at all. I understand things are tough in the restaurant industry right now but i really just want to applaud the 259 location because they make my day!! Keep that energy and positivity!! Y'all rock!!!
