The only problems I have is as stated:The chicken strips have been down sized, but still the same price. Very disappointed in this.Sometimes you have to wait longer than you wanna, but it's hot and ready though. Which I'll take that if only I could know before I pay for it. But everything else is alright
After waiting in line for nearly 30mins when only 2 cars was ahead of me the employee upfront did not add my fries to my 2pc meal.When trying to ask for the fries the employee stated I have to get back in line to reorder after waiting 30mins already. Very bad customer service the night shift is very Unprofessional.

Best chicken in town!! Seriously.Also, if you like red beans & rice, this place is pretty tough to beat, at least locally. While you’re at it, go ahead and order the sweet corn grits, too. You’ll be glad you did.
I don’t know who need to hear this but the last few time I’ve went to this location the chicken has been off the chain. So whoever is the cook IS now needs a raise because he or she have been doing there thing. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
They are slow & the chicken taste nothing like southern classic in Natchitoches, LA. Longview, TX gotta do better
The #1place for fried chicken.They have the best dirty rice Cajun style (original). Red bean & rice is to die for and the Dr pepper is the coldest you will ever drink . Great service and very professional for your needs had to take my medicine they gave me a large for free.
Preface:My family and I are new-ish customers to Classic Southern Chicken, and have only been to this location.The staff are hardworking and pleasant. The chicken (regular and tenders) are hot, juicy with the proper amount of spices. The sides we have tried (red beans and rice, Cajun rice) were fairly decent, but not for the advertised price. The chicken prices are fairly comparable to other locations.One of the main reasons my family and I return to this location is because of the staff. If there was an option to tip them - I absolutely would.It’s often a thankless job in this industry, but I want y’all to know we appreciate and value you , as I'm sure others do as well.I recommend this establishment for the food AND the staff.
Worst Southern classic I have every taste I have to drive all the way to Louisiana to get the real good taste the chicken is overcooked and dry . I love classic putcat this location the people don’t care i tried it 3 different times this yr in results were still the same , they need to close down n hire people who care or a better manager, Terrible Terrible Food Chicken is suppose to be juicy n tender not dry n hard like they refried it …every time
Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes which is crazy and ridiculous! I would of left but couldn't get out! And the chicken was hot but it bad! No mask no hair nets! Afro puff woman at the drive thru window!
