Sad to report i had a not so positive experience tonight. The girl at the window was not in a good mood, scowling and rolling eyes. She didn't speak a word to me (hi, here you go, thanks). Two items were missed from my order she clearly did not want to come back to the window to see what I needed. When I told her the one item I noticed,, she yelled to the back, handed it to me and didn't even look in my direction. :(
This place is absolutely repulsive. My husband ordered a burger tonight with no lettuce. They brought it out with lettuce melted into the cheese so he sent it back. They took it back inside, tried to scrape the lettuce and cheese off and attempted to cover the bits of cheese and bits of lettuce remaining on the same bun and patty with mustard. Wth?!?!Whoever owns this particular location really really needs to look into the management, the employees and how things are run there. They’re tarnishing the business and I won’t be back. Do better
Food was hot, good, and fresh. We received our order quickly and the carhop was very friendly.
Literally just left there at 10pm(02/21/22), supposed to be open until 11pm according to Google here. Either stay open until posted time, or update this so people don't waste gas. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
The last few times I’ve come to this particular Sonic I have to say I was happily surprised- the staff have been courteous and pleasant. Management and staff keep up the good work!
Sonic is always the go-to for whatever kind of drink you might want. They also have a good variety of Munchies if you have no I mean. It's always fast it's always friendly thanks Sonic.
Online order but they didn't receive due to technical issues. I got my order half off. Took some time to get food because it was busy but food was great.
Service was good. Took a little longer than expected to receive the order. I only ordered one meal. I am assuming their supplies were low, but I was handed the entire meal individually, without a bag for each item, or to put all the items into.
I absolutely ? Love their cherry vanilla coke. I stop by there every chance I get. Oh, and the cheese sticks are another must have. ?
My vote of the worst Sonic in Longview. These people are slow, I waited 20 minutes on my food. They are rude and never get an order right. Worst I've been to period.
