Terrible! Was traveling and the gas station was under renovation so the drink machines were closed. Went to sonic and ordered a medium coke. Girl who took my order was drinking her drink, no big deal to me. The people ahead of me all had ice cream. I Waited for them to get their ice cream. Its been 5 minutes at this point. They all get ice cream, there is no one ahead of me, no one behind me. There’s at least 5 people behind the counter. So im standing there waiting for my drink. Nothing. A guy comes up and one of the workers refills his drink. Still no drink for me. At this point its been 10 minutes. I asked who I assume was the manager (he had on all black and the other girls had on red) if he could get my drink. He told me he was doing something at the moment. I literally waited another 5 minutes before he even got my drink that I had to ask for. I waited 15 minutes for a medium coke with literally no customers in the store. I will never return to this sonic. Very unprofessional.
Literally dislike coming here. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Left us sitting at the spot outside for almost 10 mn before I hit the button a 2nd time to have them tell me to come in or go through the drive thru. Seriously? Then when I said I did not appreciate being left sitting there like that, instead of apologizing for them wasting my time or putting signs up on the kiosks the girl rolled her eyes and asked if I was going to order. Not the first time for terrible service here.
Today is April 28 a time is 455 o’clock and we went to sonic to get something to eat and the little short chubby girl with black hair just stared at us didn’t even say just a moment can I help you or give me a minute nothing so we decided just to get a drink next-door and Exxon why do people have jobs in the public if I don’t want to speak to people sonic please do better
Slow but decent food
I order online but it would not work with the bogo free . It would let me reload the gift card but not finish the order. So I had to redo everything and take off the bogo burgers. I did use the 1/2 price one. Once I go inside sonic to get my order, there was no greetings, hellos no acknowledgement at all. I walked up and stood in front of the register and someone came over. While I am waiting for my food I noticed a gentleman walk up to order and no one acknowledged him. Not even the girl sweeping the floor. He walked to restroom and back to counter and still no one said a word to him. He walked out not ordering and shaking his head.There were there girl sweeping and 2 girls behind counter and a man. How none of them saw him I have no idea. I know it may not be this way all the time but losing a customer is bad for business

Good always hot food! But always miss condiments! this sonic is the best around here! do wish this sonic would update the app to tip the carhop like a couple other locations around here. These days it's just harder to keep cash
It's amazing how quick I get my food! It's always so busy here, but I get my food really fast. That makes me happy.
Hit and miss, sometimes it's great and other times you get rude service and a messed up order. One thing thats consistent...no receipts.
These people are very rude and ugly. I am giving this place a very very bad review because they don’t know how to treat customers. I will NOT recommend stopping here
