This Sonic has the BEST Ice in town... I will drive out of my way for the ice and the friendly staff!
courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable to customers, even when they are not so nice toward them. Great staff
There is always one person up front working the front counter and the drive thru,while the manager(who is a female at night) is always sitting down or outside never helping out while it is busy with lines...
Service a little slow but the chicken sliders taste real good.
Only issue is beyond their control, you can't hear in the drive thru due to it having a truck stop behind it. Otherwise speedy and good service.
Wish they started giving refills.
Ordered threw the app for pickup, went to the restaurant to get order and was told the ice cream machine is broken, the store could not refund me had to call a number. Got home the food was cold the burgers were old the tots weren't crunchy. Than I spent two days on the phone trying to get my money back, and they can't refund it they could only give me a gift card to use at a place I don't want to visit again... They just stole my money..

Came and ordered a rt44 ocean water slush with nerds... 15 minutes waiting and seeing everyone's order come out finally asked and had completely forgot about me. 20 minutes later got a simple slush :/
