They messed up my order, I order just four chicken strips and a small mozzarella sticks and they decided to give me a tiny chicken sandwich. I went back to let them know that my order was wrong, but they were making it a big deal like I was the one that I didn’t knew what I order… I’ve been going to this sonic for forever and it’s been going down hill … I will never be back… the employees there were really rude and disrespectful.

I ordered my food on line at 10:49. I waited a few mins before I checked in so they could make the food. As I was waiting one of the car hops asked if I was waiting on something. I responded yes I was waiting on an online order. She responded that they had a huge on-line order they were working on and that she would check on my order. 10 mins goes by so I pressed the red button and asked again about my order. The car hop came out a few minutes later with my meal and first said the kitchen messed up my sandwich then she corrected herself and told me it was given to someone else. The time frame from order at 10:49 till I got my food at 11:14 was too long a wait. 25 mins

I have to say I worked here for a few years putting myself through College when I was younger. So I get it and because of this I do not go to Sonic often. However I am still going to call this out.I made an app order, went to pick it up, checked in then pushed the button to tell them to please not put like rinds in one of the drinks. The young guy quickly speaks a whole string of fast words then quickly cuts off the speaker stands connection. I did not catch one word he said and he never inquired what I even needed so I push the button again. I was ignored for almost fifteen minutes, even pushing the button twice more during that span. Once he finally comes to my vehicle, I enquired what he rapidly shot out at me explaining that I simply did not hear him and pushed the button again not only to ask him what he had said again but to also let him know I needed to request no lime rinds in the drink. His entire demeanor changes from snarky to apologetic as he offers to take my drink in and fix it. I ask him again what he said and his reply was that they were short staffed and he wanted me to go through the drive thru (with two cars on the whole lot during this time mind you!)I told him not to worry about it, no big deal but maybe next time give someone the benefit of the doubt before he jumps to conclusions. He seems guilty, I tip him, drive off only to find he had spit in my drink. This was night shift btw.I went back a few days later during the day shift sure the crew would be different however I see him recognize me before he quickly looks away as he passes by. I still remember his name even though I will not be sharing it. He will have someone do worse things to him than his simple defiant act to someone who had not even wronged him first but I still thought you should all know what is in store for you too, should you happen to "bother him" by going to the place where he gets paid in exchange for working at.

Is great in the morning but the worst sonic to go to at night because they only always drive through at night I would go somewhere else.

Their night shift sucks food was cold and didnt get all of my order they where to busy standing around talking to each other than making sure the customers order was right and hot

Blizzard was not missed well. Just had mostly vanilla ice cream had ordered extra toppings. Did not get what I paid for.

Ordered a #16w/ bacon and tea. ZERO modifications. This was the horrible mess I received. No cheese and scorched with no butter. Leftover bacon pieces instead of bacon that would stay in the sandwich. Was already at work and could not turn around and take it back. Very much appreciate paying $ for something I couldn’t even eat.

When I ask for extra mayo, and it comes out with NO mayo, I have a problem with that. This was a dry, poor excuse for a chicken sandwich. Won't be going there again.

Love tha happy hour, plus there crushed ice. Thy r always friendly to me, so tht a plus in my book
