We just left sonic on w loop 281 and did a mobile order and they came out and told us they didn’t have any ice cream, no Ice, no syrup for a slush and couldn’t give me a refund and told me I had to call a number on the receipt and talk to the manager to get my money back. I just had to leave there after giving them money with nothing in return and there was “nothing they could do about it”. They said to contact the manager at the bottom of the receipt so I texted her but haven’t gotten a reply so far. Thankfully I know who the sweet manager is so hoping she will make it right tomorrow, or we will never be back to this location. I’ve used the text and email/call numbers many times for my problems in the past and i never got a response. It’s been nothing but problems from this location for the last 3 years but sadly it’s the closest one to our house.
Have stopped here many times in the past. On this particular afternoon, we stopped by for drinks after a soccer game. Didn't happen. About 4 to five minutes after pushing the order button, a young man came over the speaker and said 'it would be 10 to 15 minutes before he could take our order.' It appeared he was taking, filling and delivering all the orders by himself. Management needs to commend his work ethic. But also find out what happened with every one.
Best Sonic around the area that I have found. Get my orders right 99% of the time. have not had any real issues!

Found the diamond in the rough. Fast service and friendly staff. Please send your employees to the 4100 Gilmer location and train that location what customer service looks like.
Worst Sonic in Longview Texas! Staff is nice enough but they do NOT listen. Say no lettuce you get it anyways. say sweet tea, either they don't sweeten enough or give you plain tea. Anything fried tastes like it is fried with something sweet....YUCK!!!!
Took quite a while to get our food due to some problem with the computer connected to it but the food was great as always and the staff member helping us was terrific!
Worst Sonic in town. If it weren't the closest food to work, I would never come here. Either order is wrong, food is cold, wait is ridiculously long even when it's dead, food missing from order.... Seriously, what is wrong with this location?
Google says they close at 11 on Saturdays, they close at 10. We have already placed an online order so when arriving 10:20 we found this out. Next day, when trying to resolve the issue they refused to answer the phone so we went up there. Explained the issue to the manager that was apparently the evening manager and instead of merely resolving it he proceeded to argue over the intercom that they have always closed at 10 and that we could have just gone to another sonic to have the order fulfilled, despite it the app directly saying you can’t do that. Terrible customer service.
Did an online order. It went through, took my money, and when I went to check in, they didn't have the order at all. Double checked the location, it was correct. So I was not given my refund nor my food. Very upset, will start using other locations, as the staff was very unhelpful.
