I can't even find a star, this is the 3rd attempt/chance. I will not be visiting this location again Judson and H.G.M.. Short staffed waited 30 minutes for two hot dogs, finally came drenched in mustard after I said easy. Why can't people understand mustard?!! It's a very strong spice .The reason I wait is because I paid for it with the credit card trying to give him a third chance ,I'm done.
For cheddar peppers there is no butter place. Fountain drink selection and desserts are top-notch. You will not find a more robust selection outside of a DQ. Burgers are subpar. Onion rings are delicious made with Vidalia onions. Fries or nothing to write home about but the tater tots are so divine. Route 44 double Cherry Coke is something you should drink if you do not have diabetes because it will give you it. So good and sweet. Hot dogs and chili dogs are nominal. Kids meals lack any corporate tie-ins. Only complaint is it takes forever. Menu is very confusing if you're not used to it.
I go to the Judson road every Friday. I have an autistic son very set in his ways. Friday is sonic. Had other people at the house this evening and placed a larger order than normal. One item was missing when I got home so I went back and they said they had to charge me again because I could be lying and trying to steal from them.I live so close. But now thinking I have to start driving to another sonic every Friday from now on.They were rude and so disappointed. But I should have checked by bag. I wouldn’t be holding up the line. No one is ever there but me on Friday any way
Waited. Never got order. Pressed button, asked about order, they knew nothing. Reordered. Five more minutes. Crickets. We left.
Terrible. Accept for the younger soft spoken man who corrected my order. Willingly and promptly.I ordered a double sonic BACON cheeseburger the #3 & tots to accompany. Tots were cold, had been refryed(fryers needed to be changed for sure also). Tell me how I get my food &there ain't NO BACON on my supposed to be bacon burger. My husband's corn dogs were the same, refried and hot dog rubbery.++Side note I've been. In the food service industry for 18years. Currently at shogun's in Longview off of the loop.Some things could have been better It had nothing to do with the staff that I directly encountered however the cook and the drive-through girl could probably use some more listening skills or possibly learning how to read better.
This location was good, car hop was nice, just waited 20 minutes, when only 3 cars were around besides me my own
Horrible. Ordered a breakfast egg, sausage cheese burrito. Came out hard as a rock and very little stuff in burrito. Tried to send it back and they never brought another one out. Horrible food snd service!
Love stopping here every Tuesday and Friday for their morning drink specials and a toaster.
Ordered on App. For pick up. Never came went thru Drive Thru to get it. Same rude worker Maria was there and was rude to me again. How does she keep a job in customer Service. Every person has a bad day. But she has been rude and unprofessional to me at least 4 times . I think I'm going to pick a different Sonic.
Went after I came from the doctor and found out I had pneumonia and ear infection. Was just what I needed.
