Dinner today was a horrible experience! We had 4 people in our party, I was excited to take my niece from West Texas to eat great pizza, very disappointing:( we ordered 1 calzone, 2 12 inch pizzas & gluten free cheesesticks with pepperoni & extra cheese & drinks. The pizzas had very little sauce but the worst part of the food was the gluten free cheesesticks. They arrived with no pepperoni or extra cheese, I told the waitress & she promptly took the tray and apologized, 30 minutes later someone else brought out the exact same cheesesticks with pepperoni & more cheese on top!! Everyone else had been waiting for my food to arrive and their food was now cold. I showed the waitress the burnt double cooked food and she went and told the manager & it was taken off the bill. I carefully picked through the mess and everyone else ate their cold food.
Visited this location on March 25th 2022. Sat adjacent to the kitchen area opening. Ordered a pizza. The server offered to bring out a pizza that was sitting on the kitchen counter, not sure for what length of time. The kitchen staff were eating from a pizza sitting beside that one. I respectfully declined for a freshly made order.Continued to watch two members of kitchen staff forcibly removing substances from their noses and continuing to work on orders without changing gloves or washing hands. One member of kitchen staff was not wearing gloves whilst preparing food.Made management aware of this behavior to be corrected.
My experience, I called in my @ 8:30ish p.m. was told it'll be ready in 15mins & total $21.65 whole Muffuletta w/chips. The meat was cold in the middle & warm around the outside. I had to Stop eating, as I was riding home (passengerside) reheat it in the microwave "40 seconds" just so it could have some heat to it.??s?????m??h....
It took roughly five minutes or so after we were seated to get our server and drinks. The QR codes were plastered on the table and the walls, so while we waited we figured out what we wanted to eat.The restaurant only had 7 tables with people there and most of them had food. I'm not sure what took our order so long. We ended up getting parmesan bites (comes in a 12 count) and two beverages. We also split a bbq chicken pizza.The food didn't take long to come out, I'm just unsure why the service wasn't faster when I counted 2-3 servers and the manager was making rounds at the tables.Overall, if you enjoy an atmosphere with alcohol, tvs with sports and a pizzeria, then this place is for you.
Great food and entertainment. The live music was nice. Service was excellent. Garden alfredo pizza was really good.
This was my second time here in a couple of years. Food was good. We had pasta Alfredo and a calzone pizza. The practice of extending the card processing fee to the customer is questionable at best. Especially if it’s not communicating upfront (e.g. on the menu).Hence minus 1 star.
We just love Rotolo’s. They have great New Orleans influences which I love. We eat there every Wednesday for Calzone Day!

Ordered an Angry Pig sans onions. I received a not-Angry pig with what seems like extra onions and no jalapeños. I'm not certain I even got the base pizza I wanted, as there was no spicy BBQ base. The pizza tasted decent, but I was sure disappointed not getting what I ordered after spending 25$ on a pizza. This is the first time I've ever ordered carry out, and all my previous experiences dining in have been good. Carry out time was quick, but if the order comes out incorrect it doesn't matter much.
Food was great as always, but our waitress left much to be desired. There were five of us in our party and maybe 2 other people in the restaurant and 3 or 4 at the bar. We placed our order then had to REMIND the waitress and ask when one of beers was, where our appetizer was etc because said waitress was too busy chatting and visiting with people at the bar. The food was phenomenal as always. Our bill was approximately $80 but we didn' t leave her much of a tip. She looked at the credit card payment slip to see what her tip was and she scowled and shot our group a very dirty look.
