Birthday dinner for my dad. Waiter was slow, couldn’t get peoples drinks right, didn’t fix a messed up drink.

I was really unimpressed with the food. My shrimp scampi came dry and hard, even though the other 2 orders at my table were not. Ordered steak, it was over cooked and the pepper on it was excessive. Mashed potatoes were a terrible flavor and texture. The place smelled musty and rancid. Our waiter was personable, which is why I give 3 stars. For what you pay for a meal you would expect much better quality food, definitely won't be back.

excellent gravity food and service

Typically I find you will not do bad with Red Lobster. The food is always great and hot and plentiful. This time her experience was not any different with the food. However oh, the staff we had was not really great this faster and they never followed up with asking us to do we need anything else or how is the food or do we want a dessert or anything until we were ready pay our bill and leave. We went for an early lunch and the place was very empty so I know it was not due to being short-staffed. I think there were only three sets of customers in the place at the time they were there. There were minimal covid-19 precautions in place. No idea if they cleaned tables thoroughly or not but they did not wear face masks or any such.Important thing to me the food was good and I got filled. Enjoyed my meal and Company always with. Important things in life. I'll be back.

Waitstaff was excellent. Not only was the food mediocre AT BEST.... But the portions compared to price?!?! Wow! Total rip off! Won't be patronizing this establishment again! We should've went to Dudley's Cajun Cafe!!

Lobster Bisque was all Bisque, no lobster. Calm Chowder was potato soup with a few clams, crackers were stall.Service was good. But won't go back.

The shrimp taste like faucet water. The fish had no taste. The coleslaw was old. The sald was wilted. Im so disappointed in the quality of the food that I can overlook the hostess unfriendly demeanor. If you like flavor don't stop here.

Don't bother going to this place at least as far as ordering via dordash or any of those others. Not only did my dasher suck. And my food not get delivered till 2 and a 1/2 hours after my initial order. Naturally my food would be cold after warming it and sitting down to eat I quickly realized that my food was undercooked. On top of the unsweet tea that I ordered was ordered was sweet tea.

Very good.. service was good and so was the Food

I haven't been to Red Lobster in 7 years. I know that because that's how long my husband and I have been together. We decided to go reminisce about how awesome Red Lobster was in the 90s.Here is my review. When we got there we realized, it still looks exactly the same as it did in the 90s. It has a B rating, which was alarming, but we had already hyped ourselves up for some cheddar biscuits, so we were committed. We waited for 20 min to be seen by a host. And it was not busy. My hub finally called the phone number listed on the website. The bartender (who saw us, but never acknowledged or greeted us when we walked in) answered the phone and my husband asked if we could get a hostess or someone to help us out. Finally someone showed up and said they were short staffed. There were about 10-12 tables of folks in the restaurant, and at least 3 or 4 waiters. Our waiter, Jim was super nice and got us drinks and started with appetizer while we checked out the menu.Bottom line, Red Lobster looks exactly the same, probably needs an update, cheddar Biscuits are the best thing about the food there, and next time I want to spend 100 bucks on a night out with my hub, I'm going to Texas Roadhouse or BJs, and maybe even Jack Ryan's. Scallops were overcooked and very funky tasting, shrimp tasted like it came from Long John Silver's, and the salmon was overcooked.Maybe I'll just cook myself, because I can get the Cheddar Biscuits at the grocery store and fresher seafood.
