Food was good, I ordered the 3 piece strip meal. Chicken was juicy and NOT GREASY. Crinkle cut fries were nice and crispy. The bread was amazing! Store was clean and sanitized. Everything a table came open, there was someone cleaning and disinfecting. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the front counter order takers were not friendly at all. Borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day?? But it wasn't just one employee, it was all three up front. But, worth the trip for the food....
I had dinner at Raising Cane's in Longview Tx tonight. It was not my typical experience. First, the guy at the counter wouldn't scan my Cane's card. Then my fries were cold and soggy. Not what we typically get!
First time eating there ,it was good .Only one complaint,they don't sell jalapeno peppers. Never been to a chicken place that didn't sell peppers. If I go back I'll just have to take my own! ?
Went to get chicken for the crew at patterson nissan. Chicken was good and made when they said the order would be up. Thanks for lunch guys.
Our favorite tradition is Friday night at Canes - Even if you only get a 3 piece it fills you up and extra sauce is mandatory :)
Food was delicious, but I didn't get the hype. I would reccomend zaxby over canes any day now. When I asked if they had seasoned fries. It was unheard of. At least zaxby invested in the cool soda fountain for custom drinks. The sauce us what I expected of Cajun. The difference between these sauce has to be miniscule that didn't notice it.
Chicken tenders are always juicy with just right amount of crispiness. Great dipping sauce.
Wonderful place. Friendly efficent employees. Everyone is constantly working. This is very nice to see. And the food is the best

I waited in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes today. The website says they open at 10AM.. I am a faithful customer, been coming here for years, and have never had this kind of problem.
