The worst service ever!! They give you what they want, not what you order. I called their home office and spoke to Jasmine about the issue and she said she would comp our meal on their app. And I would hear directly from the restaurant. None of that happened. You can't call the restaurant because the phones are down. The dining room is always closed. I warn everybody....STAY AWAY FROM POPEYES LOUISIANA KITCHEN!!
The first thing I did when I pulled up was ask if they were out of anything. Instead of being told what was unavailable, I was ask "well what do you want?". I ordered some new wild Berry desserts, they were out, ordered some Nuggets, they were out and had a wait on them. Ordered Hi-C, they were out. It would have been easy to tell me what they didn't have so I wouldn't have wasted my time ordering just be told, we don't have that. I know Popeyes is good for being out of something, but they should figure out how to communicate that.
I called probably a thousand times and no one answered. Apparently even answering the phone is a challenge from this crew. The GM should be sacked. They forget half of my order and then refuse to answer the phone? Not sure I've ever had service as bad as this. Sad.
My experience today 03/15/22 was horrible. I returned my order due to the fact , I asked for 8 pc dark yet got 8 pc mix, then it wasn’t fresh it was cooked in old grease. I tried calling back to the restaurant but their phone wasn’t working. All this could’ve been avoided if the manager working the drive thru wouldn’t have cut me off while I was inquiring about my order. I will never return to this establishment.

Done with this place. Tried to.give it another chance. Horrible service. Asked 3 times for spicy chicken and still didn't get spicy. Chicken was dry. Roll was almost unedible.
2-12-22 at 7:10pm- Last night, I drove to Popeyes on 80 hwy in Longview Texas. I texted my cell that I ordered chicken box . The man I guess, I didn’t see his name label and he turned saw at me thought that I was hearing person and I told him am deaf He jumped on me yelled me he wanted me come inside I said,”no”. He angry at me shut window then open he tell other car passed by my vehicle . He went to outside to customer get order and paid but he did not doing to me . I still waiting my order. He went inside and open the window he said what do you want act like mad talked to me ! Come inside and order it I told him no few times. He was get mad and very angry behavior. The cars passed by my vehicle 4 times. I knocked the window and he open the window. He said,”what do you want “ and he said that he will call 911. I said that is fine . I still hold my cell phone that I text of my order to show him he ignored me . He kept talked to me and I don’t understand him. Final, he closed the window. He asked a guy ‘s who cook what did I wanted order cook person told a (manager ) then open he said $6.50 dollari said ok thank you I pulled out my pocket $7.00 ? he took it so hard. He picked pieces put a box . He open a window he pushed it so hard to my hand without a receipt ? 50 cent. I told him thank then I left I park a lot close to restaurant. I thought they did called 911 but they didn’t . I decided call Texas Deaf Hard of Hearing Community and Leave message then I left home. I hope you understand. I didn’t understand the hell there. Thank for watch me.
me in my family ordered a family meal it was good.we also got the spicy chicken sandwich it must have sat under the heat lamp to long ot was tough usually there good.when there made fresh as ordered
Chicken was cold, family fries were a small and they're rude! I can take my hard working money elsewhere! Not working the money or the headache.
