Orders never accurate, wait is ridiculously long, staff is unprofessional. Waited 40 minutes at drive through with nobody else in line after placing my order online an hour ahead of time, and waited 10 minutes in the parking lot to receive my order and none of it was fresh. So many people drive off because the wait to order is 30+ minutes every time. I honestly don’t see how this location is still open. I would rate 0 stars if possible. Don’t recommend to anyone!
I placed an app order. When I got there my food wasn't even known about them it took 45 mins to get my food after that and when someone else came from the back I am assuming it was the manager I told her and my food was already cooked just needed to be bagged up. The food was good but there service sucks always has in the 4 years I have been going there
We showed up at the last minute they were open, and everyone was very eager to make sure we got something to eat before they left. They had some chicken nuggets and a few pieces of spicy chicken left so we got that and a large mash potato with gravy and son red beans and rice. It was all very good and they cut us a special price due to the time and limitations on food available. I would highly recommend this place for everyone to try. Personally I still am a firm believer that when KFC original recipe is cooked correctly there isn't much that can compete with it. Popeyes would be in my top 5 for sure!
The prior 3 times we’ve got chicken here it was over cooked or sitting under the lamps too long. Whichever it was very dry, this was dark meat. This last time In the drive thru we were told they would take our order “in just a minute”, 17 minutes later they took our order. This place has closed and reopened a few times. This last time, from a service and quality stand point, has been the worst. Will not be buying anything from this place in the future.
I can say that I've never gotten bad food from here, so there's that. The wait is always awful though, even if you're the only one at the drive through, expect it to take 20 minutes for anyone to come to the speaker. Another 20 to 30 minutes waiting on food seems to be standard. I would say that this is my last time here, but I won't lie. I like Popeyes.
Beignets were cold and soggy, classic sandwich I ordered had spicy mayo all over it. Don’t know why I expect better from this location or this franchise. Disgusting people in a disgusting building making disgusting food. Typical.
I would give zero starts if it was possible. The guy told me the tendered had to be fresh made and that they were finished. I sat for an additional 15min waiting. This is by far the worst service I have had in a long time. I want to know the owners information so that I can contact them.
I waited 27 mins for my food. 4 cars got theirs ahead of me, my food was cold, forget this location, drive to the other side of town to other Popeyes location or go to chicken express. Very unsatisfied.... I was, like lord, did they have to kill my chicken??? ?
Just… Yikes. Placed an order in app. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering. I pulled into the drive thru to pick up, they told me to park, so I did. And waited. And waited. And waited. Got the order, got home and holy. The rice in the red beans was super crunchy. Biscuits were like bricks and the chicken was so greasy, it was DRIPPING, y’all! Seriously, find a new crew. I’ve worked fast food and this is NOT fast or even decent food.
Food is good but the service is too slow, they take too long. If you go inside you’ll be standing at the front for a while, and no one will come to the front and help you.
