Take out maybe good ,I don't know but dine in was awful. Took almost 40 minutes to get food that was horrible, overcooked and just gross. Don't recommend it at all.No buffet there anymore either.0 stars for me.
Placed my order at 8:46PM on 3/19/22. Made it at my scheduled time to carry out at 9:05PM. Young lady At the window asked us to pull over in a lane and they will bring the pizza out! We waited 21 minutes in the lane and pulled back around to the window at 9:26. Manager Stated that they have new staff and they just put order in the oven 5 minutes ago. We finally received our order at 9:36PM.??♀️??♀️??♀️
This is still my favorite pizza place. Very relaxing environment, friendly staff and fresh hot food!
well the pizza is delicious but when I went to pick it up the employee wanted to play smart she no remember the name o last name ,?we buy for a long time
I had never been to a pizza hut like that before. I asked for a supreme pizza and they brought me a pizza with bell peppers and mushrooms and the person that took it to our table was walking like if he was drunk or something we almost didn't even get our pizza and to top it off we ordered a side salad and the girls comes to ask us if we want just lettuce and cheese cause they don't have any tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and the rest of the toppings. Seriously it was the worst dinner ever!!!!!

we had a baby shower at the pizza hutt on marshall ave in longview texas on feb. 12 2022 and the whole staff was awesome our waitress was amazing we ordered our pizzas throughout our party as people showed up i give 1000000 stars out of 10 seriously yall are awesome thank you for making our babyshower such a success
Make sure that the order is correct. Do not shut down the ovens until all deliveries are confirmed, delivered, and correct. That way, people have the food they ordered.
This locations final product put out was absolutely pathetic. Neither pizza ordered looked or tasted like a normal Pizza Hut pizza. The pizzas had cheese missing in more spots than not across both of the pizzas.
