So 8 of us walk into Pietro's, my first time, and this amazing woman greets us...Ms Rose. Between all of us, we ordered just about everything on the menu. Let me tell you...this little Sicillian woman can cook! There is NO other Italian restaurant that can even compare. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Ms Rose cooks every order exactly the way you want it, so it takes just a little while, but the food is well worth the wait! I've been in Longview for 7 years now and can't believe I've missed eating here all those years.
Ordered at the drive through around 7:30 pm 4 slices of pizza and two drinks. We were asked to pull out front and they would bring them to us. We waited twenty minutes before we went in to check on the pizza and we’re told “oh, I forgot and burned them”. When asked if he was going to come tell us he replied “no”. We only got a refund for the pizza and not even an apology. Never again will we be back.
Very friendly and helpful staff & owners. Pizza slices are Huge! If you don’t see anything you want they will make you one. Good pasta selections , great desserts.
Terrible service!!! First time I waited 30 extra more minutes for my to go order in dining area. Second time, got home and the toppings were totally wrong. This third and FINAL time they didn’t even start my order after I was told it would be an hour wait. They literally didn’t even have anything started when I walked in. I’ve heard this place has no consideration for timely orders and wow, they are living up to their reputation. I gave them 3 chances and each time there was an issue. The owner even yelled out something when I walked out the door. And believe me, it wasn’t an apology. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Pietro's was out of their spinach stuffed crust, so I got a spinach calzone. With marinara, of course. Hmmm... YUM! I have been enjoying their Italian goodness since they were in the Mall, back in the day.

My husband and I have always loved Pietros! So much that we wanted them to cater our wedding! They did amazing and we got so many compliments on our food at the wedding! If you need a caterer definitely hire Pietros! Amanda is so sweet and went over everything with me before the wedding! Everything was perfect.
We went in around 11:30am and I wasn’t able to order from their menu. I had to choose from something they already had made and while the pizza was good, it was not what I had hoped to eat. All of their pizza does come with red sauce.
Always delicious and the personal service is amazing! Best pizza in Longview!
