I wanted to place a to go order over the phone I got a automated system and they do not take cc over the phone. I tried calling the store direct no answer.I had to drive there and was told they were too busy and inder staffed to answer the phone.
My mom ordered a pizza last night and one of them was fine but the other completely burnt the bottom was black the cheese was burnt on top it was horrible and when we went to call to complain the phone service said they weren’t accepting calls. Pictures were taken as well, honestly super upsetting.
Our food was good...but we had ordered it on the app...over an hour later it still said it was cooking. My fiance tried calling no one would answer. He finally drove there and the lady at the counter was giving him a hard time just for him asking about our order we placed. That is uncalled for and ridiculous!! We want our money back or a discount at least! We are very upset about our experience !!!

I ordered online twice and this store has canceled both time saying they were unable to to get my order because I didn’t answer the phone if you haven’t called me once
Most horrible service I have ever received from a pizza place. I ordered a pizza for i. Store pick you wait 30 minutes because order states 16 to 26 minutes. I get to the store the person tells me there is 4 orders ahead of you still I am the only one yet I see 2 people in there. So now I’m waiting 45 minutes for an order . Covid no Covid that is not acceptable for an i store pick up that I come to get.guess it’s back to dominoes.
Pizza was great! I received the chocolate cookie pizza for my birthday. I didn't care too much for it.
I am extremely happy with this Papa Johns. I had a messed up order last time I ordered from there. They fixed it, and made it right. I had pictures, and it didn't match the receipt so they knew I wasn't just trying to get a free pizza. Thank you Papa Johns for the fix, and for the awesome stuffed crust, it was amazing.
Haven't ordered here in a long time... The pizza was okay.. but we added banana peppers and it seemed that they put the entire whole peppers on the pizza.. kinda over kill.. the crew was okay..
I had 2 papadillas, they were good but need to be bigger. I will buy them again. Nice service.
