3 Stars is probably generous. Walked in about 45 mins before close, they had a huge order waiting on food when arrived plus drive through and lobby guests (us included). While waiting Orange Chicken ran out but they had a new batch finished, however that batch was gone even before we ordered and they didn't call out the need for another batch until it was gone. Another batch should have been made after that one. So that's additional time. Then while ordering (and waiting) they got a batch of fried rice but there was plenty still however Chow Mein was low and was wanted and had to wait for that too but shoukd had have been made sooner. This location seems to have a bad sense of food needs. When we left there was still a line of cars in the drive through and a handful of people in the lobby waiting on food. I'm sure some were not going to be getting what they wanted. Lastly the fortune cookie I had was stale, food was average, as expected.
They have the slowest drivethru, it’s always messy inside. We waited to take our order through a drive thru for 15 min. When we finally ordered at 7:30 they stated they aren’t going to make anymore of teriyaki chicken the the rest of the night. So we then asked for noodles and they said it would take 10 min. Needless to say we left and went next door. If they were slammed I would halfway understand but the lobby was empty and three cars in the drive thru. What a joke!!!
I ordered a delivery through their app. About 20 minutes later I got a text it was cancelled. The text said to contact the restaurant directly. Order was still showing as active in their app though. I called and it rang forever before going to busy tone. Called back again and someone picked up and hung up. Called back a third time with the same outcome as the first time. Called 800 number that said it was panda delivery support and was told Panda told the dasher they had no record of the order in their system. Keep in mind I placed order through panda app not door dash. So I guess order with caution because you may just waste 20 minutes and have to wait 7 days for refund.
Food is usually good and fresh. Often out of the main entrees, and they haven't had chopsticks for several months now,and no soy sauce the last couple times. I could understand if there was a shortage of either, but I get chopsticks at Kroger all the time with their sushi. Supply issues is a poor excuse for that long.
This location will ruin Panda for you. The staff is rude and they never have food prepped. They need a better hourly prep plan put in place. You are also guaranteed to be missing half your order at the drive-thru and spend 20 minutes inside waiting for them to finish staring at you like you have a third eye in order to retrieve the missing part of your order.
Panda had always been one of my favorites, but this location has the absolute WORST customer service and they never have food ready. They only offer noodles, veggies and rice for sides, how are you going to run out of any of those??? They should be readily available. We used to eat Panda almost weekly, now it's a rare treat because I refuse to go to this location again.
I came today for lunch and the drive thru girl had a bad attitude because i didn’t give my remaining 7 cents for children's miracle network and asked me once more at the window. I said no again and in return she smashed the fortune cookie. It wasn't my money to give or else i would. I was picking up lunch for a co-worker. Very unprofessional. I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair and glasses.
I've had really mixed experiences here. I realize that finding good help is difficult these days, and I hope that this was the exception. After sending in an order from my Panda Express app, I arrived to the busy store. I was told that they were preparing an item that they run out of. So I stood at the register/pickup for over 20 minutes, watching order after order go out. I even had to grab a chair and sit down because I was getting tired standing up. I could overlook all this, but the thing that sealed the bad experience deal was that, after watching me stand and sit there for a VERY long time, they just handed me the bag with a simple "Have a nice evening"...no "Sorry for the wait, sir," or anything similar to acknowledge my having to wait for them for so long. Customer service just isn't what it used to be.
No napkins,no sweet tea only good thing was a young man named Michael that took the time to see if we needed anything. Good job Michael
When you get food poisoning i told you so. Their food is never fresh its allways soggy and slimy and dare i say moist. They never have orange chicken or rice i mean really an asian place running out of rice i could understand one time but anytime someone goes here there is allways a war story. Plus their line is terribly slow and the food is pre made get it together.
