It’s a great place to eat
This is the second time eating here so far and they have done yet another amazing job at the bar. The first time we ordered to go and had a drink, but this time we stayed at the bar to eat and it was very pleasant. Staff was very nice and helpful. The kitchen got our food out quickly and it tasted great. We will be going back! We both had the Chimichanga.. she had the ground beef and I had the fajita steak in mine. Both were very good. Last time I had the borderitto and let me tell you this, you better have a very big appetite for this one cause its huge! It was great as well. I would highly recommend this place for everyone.
Great food and Drinks and wait staff is great
Our waitress wasn't very accommodating after we received the wrong check. She did finally handle it. Our food was fresh and the beer was cold.
The queso and nachos was bland.. The chips was old and we never did get refreshed...Tried the place again and it was fantastic .. the staff was very nice and attentive and the food was so much better.. I got full off the chips and salsa and had to take my meal home but yummy
Let me be a Karen for a minute.... OTB sucks in Longview, food was nasty, food doesn't come out if kitchen as ordered, staff doesn't do any kind of quality check what so ever. It seems to me it might be a work force issue, meaning they don't care at all what kind of service they provide. Manager seemed more concerned chatting fellow employees up than actually doing their job. Wait staff although friendly, had no idea what you ordered or if what you ordered was complete from kitchen. It really is a reoccurring issue as of late, anywhere you go. Work ethic is a rare thing nowadays...
Started off with a bad waiter (Greg) and this was about 6 pm on a Tuesday. He came to the table and pushed the bowl of chips across the table and then ask what do yall want to drink right quick, i ask him right quick and he said nothing just keep his head down and waited so I stopped someone and ask for a different waiter. Greg came back to the table and ask if we ready to order or still want another waiter and i respond and said no i would like another waiter. Greg then walked off fast and beck for the manager that was hiding around the corner which the first guy had already told him we wanted another waiter but any way he gave a excuse that Greg was busy and they were shorthanded instead of him apologizing for Greg asking (WHAT YOU WANT TO DRINK RIGHT QUICK). Lexy came over and she was busy but she took care of us and made us feel welcome and she went above and beyond and still took care of all her customers. Thanks Lexy we will be back.
Came to eat a nice dinner. Upon being seated the waiter, Greg, whos name was given only as we were leaving by another waiter came to our table in a hurried manner. He just through the chips and salsa down and asked what could he get us to drink "right quick". He gave no hellos, offered his name, etc... the things a waiter would do at a restaurant. When our drinks were brought to thr table by the bartender we requested the manager and to have another waiter. Before the manager could come, Greg came and asked why we requested the manager and if we still wanted a new waiter. Of course we said yes. When the waiter came he simply stated the waiter whose name he did not give either, had a lot of tables and that they were short handed as most restaurants are. He said he'd get us another waiter. We ended up with Lexy who was FABULOUS! She took our order, ensured it was correct, and guess what.... she had a lot of tables and her tables were on the other side of the restaurant. She was attentive to us and made us feel we mattered. I doubt that I will go here again anytime soon but if I do, I will definitely ask for Lexys section. Kudos to Lexy for treating all her customers with care! Greg needs a demotion and Lexy a promotion!
Idk who thought this place had good street tacos because even the staff said they don’t serve any. Like the food is pretty good, but was really hoping for amazing tacos, which this place doesn’t have. The staff is great though and it’s not a bad spot.
