Love this place because they have dairy free
Was in the area & decided to stop in. First time in this establishment I informed the cashier that I had never been in or heard of Menchies. The cashier was very helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone who loves yogurt. I had the pineapple yogurt it was sooo delicious, now I don't have to wait for the fair to come in October to get pineapple yogurt.
Coming here makes me feel like a kid again. So many flavor options! You can’t go wrong here!!
3 stars bc it’s the same ole same ole yogurt flavors. They were good as usual but this same guy has been in here the past several times and he’s just not a personable. He doesn’t offer samples, even when I ask if a flavor is good or not. I figured if it were a COVID mandate not to give samples he would say so but then again, the last person to review apparently got samples so...who knows. Bathrooms aren’t kept clean enough for me. I know there’s only one person there but it’s also been that slow every time I’ve been there.
Absolutely love this place! Staff is friendly and prompt. Great selection of treats for the kiddos and dairy free options for those of us who can't have it. Very clean and well maintained facility. We will definitely be back!
We love Menchie’s and their wonderful array of flavors. I love getting the vanilla with marshmallows on top. It is also awesome you get to try the flavors because I am pretty picky. We will continue to support the Menchie’s and its wonderful staff.
Took the fam for a froyo date... online the hours show closing time on Saturday is 11pm. We walk in at 945pm. Everyone picked theirs and we were getting ready to check out when the cashier informs me that they're closing. I mentioned what the hours show online and he claimed it is because they're based in California. Apparently he doesn't understand time zones, since Cali is a 2 hour difference. He basically let us know that we couldn't sit inside and eat our $20 in froyo. How do people in SERVICE JOBS get away with being so rude to customers? 9/4/21
