Absolutely worthless employees. Told me to pull forward and they would bring out my order. They brought out the orders of five cars behind me before bringing me my order. When I opened the bag at home they had given me the wrong order after verifying my order four times. This my last McDonald's experience. If you can't get a sausage McMuffin with no egg and a side of hash browns correct then there is truly no hope for you in this world, you're either to stupid or lazy to be of value. Please McDonald's replace every worker there with a robot.
Ordered breakfast for the family. They forgot my hot cakes. They literally wrapped plain biscuits. This is not 15 dollar an hour service. McDonald's needs to do something with this place. Management won't even talk or answer a phone call.
Today my boyfriend went through their drive through with an order he placed on the app. When he got there they had lost the payment method and not only refused to accept an alternate payment but they wouldn't allow him to fix the problem in the app or would give him his food. They rushed him out of the driveway rudely not wanting to deal with him so he was forced to leave. On top of this my boyfriend is a medical worker and was in his scrubs. It's sad that they wouldn't give someone who is facing the pandemic daily the time if day to order their food before work. I hope that you are never put in the place where you have to meet him again at his job. Shame on you!!
This McDonald's is one of the world's worst I have ever been too. We got a Cinnamon roll and it need a saw to cut it. So hard it wasn't hardly chewable and they won't answer the phone for me to talk to a manager to complain.
This is the worst service at a McDonald's location that I have ever received in my life. Every order I have ever made since moving to Longview has been wrong and many times has taken over an half hour to correct. This is deplorable. Go somewhere else.
I usually order like 50$ worth of food and they never mess the order up! ( But this is the morning crew), I've noticed if I order food around 6-8pm they usually mess my order up.
I've gone here several times for my family because it's close to my house, I must say there are much better McDonald's locations farther that are faster, fresher, and better overall. They usually mess up my orders in some way and I had this really bad experience here where I waited in line for 15 minutes when they forgot half of my entire order, meals missing and all, I went inside to fix it and stood there for 45 minutes waiting on them to fix it and even speak to me, I had to walk inside twice to fix my order and all of my drinks and food melted and got cold. The second time I walked inside the manager who helped me the first time stared at me and wouldn't help me so the lady to took my order across the restaurant left the window to help me because no one else would. I understand this was a one time problem but I feel as if it could have been handled better on their end.
I wouldn’t waste your money at this location. Couldn’t tell you when the last time it was my order has been right!!! I just went and ordered 3 cheese burgers a certain way and they gave me them plain with just meat and cheese. This store isn’t worth a penny!
If I could give them a negative review I would, despite choking on a chicken bone I found In my daughters chicken nugget a few months ago, I still returned only to be disappointed yet again. I placed a mobile order and upon arriving at the restaurant they told me to pull to the side I am assuming so they may cook the food, they were pretty backed up so I waited patiently and 10 minutes had passed I noticed that people that showed up behind me had already received their orders. When I finally got my order a good 15 minutes later all of my food was cold. So why, why did I have to pull to the side when my food all tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp? The nuggets were not fresh they were chewy, hard and cold Also the fries were soggy and cold. Bold move on my behalf after choking on a nearly inch long chicken bone months before. I figured I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it wasn’t there a restaurant that assembled the chicken nuggets they just cooked them. Turns out they are just a terrible establishment and refused to acknowledge their own customers. My experience directly before this one was waiting on two McChicken‘s for a total of 20 minutes in which I just asked for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I know if Chick-fil-A can handle rushes then McDonald’s should have absolutely no problem. It can be done. There is absolutely no reason my mobile order should be cold. That’s the whole reason I placed a mobile order this time. Just don’t go there, drive out of your way to a different location because that one is complete trash.
12/18/21: large woman working drive thru dancing around the window and not paying attention and left out one of the sandwiches we ordered. got all the way home and tried to call but no one answered the phone and had to drive back and go back to drive thru since lobby was closed to find cold sandwich waiting that she forgot to pack with the others. horrible service.
