Good food and experience. All the staff, except for the people who are actually taking your order, seem to be really helpful and friendly. Due to the not so friendly or helpful staff that is taking the orders, our order seems to get messed up a lot. But they are always very accommodating to that and make sure we are taken care of. Would recommend to others.
Food is usually really good, but Service isn’t. It isn’t as horrible like some other sandwich places in the area, but still not great. The chicken club is bomb, ask for a side of ranch to go with it. The rotel dip is also amazing. Parking lot sucks, traffic in and out of the place sucks. Besides that, I would give it a try.
The food tasted good like always, but they left out 1 order of chips and there was no container for the bread bowl of chili, and the chips we did get were fewer than normal as well. The inconsistency makes my family not want to keep getting good here despite the food tasting so good.
Love McAlister's. Smokey pepper jack turkey is the best simple sandwich in the menu and the potato soup was great. Great spuds too!
Great food but wish they still had a muffaletta. It was my favorite. Service was also excellent. The dividers between tables were dusty and have not been cleaned in a while.
The service was amazing! There was plenty of help and they came to the table to check on us periodically. The food was good.
I love these guys but we are slacking on the bacon and making them little pieces. If I wanted all of that I would have went to IHOP. The bacon is on the top and salad is on the bottom. Please fix these guys.❤️

Not happy with the choose 2 I ordered, it was cold and not even right. My salad tasted funny. But they were busy, so?? Guess it depends on the time you go?
The sandwich was fairy good,not to much meat for $9. The broccoli was steamed and tender with no butter or anything on it. The woman that took our order couldn't answer questions and stood there with a smile. I will never eat here again.
