I used to love Long John Silver and the food used to be good. I haven't had it in a long time and I was disappointed and won't be back. I ordered the fish and chicken combination. Everything was super greasy, like you could taste the grease in the back of your throat, kind of greasy. The fish wasn't flaky but hard. Chicken tasted somewhat ok. The fries were ok but also greasy. The only good thing was the hushpuppies. For the amount of money that we paid, the food just wasn't good. Which is sad since this location used to have really good food.
My wife and I stopped after church. Hardly any LJS left and we were really looking forward to it. We live 50 miles away but this was not a good experience. The food was not good, it smelled of old grease when we walked in and my fish was so greasy that I almost couldn't eat it, fries were not fresh. NOT the LJS I was craving. The bathroom was just terrible. NO pride. Maybe it truly is gone for good. Sad part is everything wrong could easily be corrected. Question is, do the owners want a Gold mine or a grease pit. ?
burnt food! all of it! said out of sauce after we got are burnt food, shorted us are coleslaw that was good because they didn't make it! we don't eat out much and this is why, a waste of are money..will not go back! and we tell everyone we know not too.!
The only reason they got a 4 star was because they were out of sauces. But the service and food freshness was on que. Keep up the good work.
Really slow in the Drive-Thru but you can tell they didn't have much help so it really wasn't their fault there was a younger black skinny kid that was in the Drive-Thru and he has really good work ethic and was very customer wanted and just ensuring that customers got the best service possible I wish I could remember his name but he was very friendly. I can see that he took pride in the store as he was always restocking and cleaning while he was waiting for my food to be cooked. The Kid deserves to be management
The food is always good. The manager at this location is working 100 miles an hour. It's worth the wait. Get the new mac n cheese!
Very plesant staff, food was fresh and crisp. Loved the new Mac and Cheese with crumbs.
Food never comes out as order. Ordered 3 Dr. Peppers and a Diet DP, received 4 diet Pepsis. Ordered 2 2 Fish Meals, 1 2 Fish 1 Chicken with shrimp and a 1 3 Chicken 2 Chicken meal, and a large side of coleslaw. I received 2 1 Fish Meals,1 1 chicken and 1 fish with shrimp meal, 1 2 fish and 1 chicken meal with shrimp and no coleslaw.I really enjoy the food here, but for whatever reason they can never get an order correct. I'm assuming someone can't read or someone can't count, or both. Hopefully not that they don't care.I would eat inside, but the build up of grease on the floor in dining room is like you're back in the kitchen. Just alot of filth.I recommend Long John Silvers, just not this location.
Terrible, Horrible, would not recommend eating here at all. This place make me mad just thinking about it. Everything taste like the fish. And the fish is terrible by the way!! I wish I could give negative stars.
The food is generally always good, and the order is usually correct. My primary complaint is that the building's interior and exterior need to be renovated, as currently it looks a bit run-down. Even still, this restaurant does a good job of supplying good food, from my experience.
