I have seen multiple issues with Little Caesars when ordering in person. Thankfully I've done all my orders within the app. Plus I add extra cheese. What I get can compete against the other pizza chain. Although over the hundreds of ordered processed through my account. I've had an issue with the app adding a simple pizza into my cart without my notice. So if you notice this issue please screen record and report.
I went in today honestly everything depends on management because my pizza were the best little caesars pizzas I've tried
I phoned in an order for a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, but when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't there and was apparently given to another person already. To make amends I was given a large cheese pizza free of charge. I had to wait a few minutes but it turned out well. Both pizzas were delicious and I saved about $7.00. This Little Caesars is a half mile from my house. Of course I will purchase there again. ?
If I could leave 0 start I would the service here is horrible, we went threw drive thru and first he asked stated they didn’t have many hot and ready ready and in a rude way stated they would take 15-20 mins to be ready I said okay and he shut the window close didn’t even ask if I was gonna take one or not so we waited until he opened the window again and said what ? And I stated we were going to purchased a pizza and I said yes we are going to purchase one and he said well ? I was like well what ? Do we pay now or what ? He said he said we can’t hold pizzas for anyone I payed him and he said move up and I’ll bring the pizza to you so we moved up and later comes and say move to the front of the store I’ll take it to you which that was no problem but the attitude and he should of said that since the beginning ! And I see once I am parked in front of the store other people are getting their pizzas but us like come on now that’s ridiculous
Ordered here for years and I should have stopped a long time ago because the young people that work at this location on High Street are rude and obnoxious !Ordered pizza tonight and the young man told his coworker of my order and the coworker yelled out "[email protected]##$%" as though he didnt want to make it. This kinda of customer service is unacceptable !!!!!
Awesome young man running the drive thru on wed night... Went out of his way to make me happy.. as a customer.. he needs a raise.. js.. and the owner needs to splurge for parmesan cheese.. dude it goes with pizza.. duhhh
Service was real bad. It was so bad we will not go back.
Not very many pizzas done hot and ready when we went.
I ordered the crazy calzoney meal earlier this evening. The pepperoni was burnt, the calzone was raw in the middle...just horrible.
the people working there didnt seem to have any professionalism but hey the pizza was edible
