Over all, horrible experience. I ordered and paid online for a Mac n cheese bowl. Once Arrived at pick up time, I still had to wait 22 min. People that went through the drive through picked up their order in 2 min. The drive thru lady was rude to me, huffing and ordered me to pull up and wait. My Mac n cheese was cold. Over rally terrible experience. And KFC App is TRASH! I'm uninstalled quick!

If I could give this place no stars at all I would. The customer service is probably the worst I’ve seen so far. When they’re taking my order they huff & puff LOUDLY and are really rude at the window. Once I get my food my tenders are hard & cold. The chili/sauce you get with the Nashville tenders is all over my bag, napkins etc. And when I ask for my food fresh they say it is and I get it and it’s Hard and cold like it’s been out for 10mins +

Meal was excellent. Gal that took care of us was very hospitable! My first visit to KFC in 20 years!!

I went to KFC with my sister. We didn't even get mash potatoes and gravy and it's supposed to be a side with the tender combo and a big side with the 8pc meal. Tenders taste terrible.

Delicious foods at a great price. I don't mind driving the extra distance for KFC.

What can I say this is KFC. This location seems to care a little more than other locations. The breading at this place was actually attached to the chicken and the coleslaw was good as well as the potatoes. The drinks were a little sweet they need to adjust their blend.

Keep reading to see why we don't visit KFC much, especially this location.We went through the drive through. After getting put on "hold" for a bit, we finally got to order. Five meals, five drinks and four orders of fries, with one mashed+gravy. And an extra side of gravy.We pull to the window and get handed 4 drinks, with not much info of which drinks were which. And one straw. We have to ask for our 5th drink and no extra straws. Then we get told to pull up. Keep in mind, from order to window, nobody let us know they were short of anything, other than no extra crispy.The employer brings our food out, to say that fries would take 12 minutes and acted like he did us a favor by giving us "extra mashed" when really he replaced the fries with mashed. And they forgot the gravy we paid for.Needless to say, we probably won't be back. I know prices have gone up and getting employees is hard, but take a look at the pics as well to see the meager offerings from the location.

Good experience today. Friendly customer service for the first time! My fiancée and I avoided going here for a long time because of the nasty attitudes. Much better.

It's okay, really wasn't great, the pot pie is good though.

The worse KFC experience. Will not spend money there again. Get a new manager that care's of quality, cleanliness, knows the menu, lobby nasty, bathrooms nasty, kitchen the worse filth, old chicken, serving the frozen chicken wings as the crispy/original wings #5 combo. Soda machine needs repairs, serving carbonation only for drinks ...it was the worse, the very worse experience. Seriously health department should do a visit and distract should hire a professional with restaurant Management experience to manage that KFC. I wish I had my phone, pictures would be plastered everywhere, especially Corporate Headquarters of KFC.
