Oreder2 salads one was ground beef wirh fajita steak. They charged ne over $20 for the one salad and didnt put the ground beef on it. After calling they said that the only way they could do anythinb for me is if I camd in to their location. Very un apologetic, opps we mess up on our part so go ahead and waste you gas to come back at these prices. Terrible customer service.

I work 2 full time jobs, so I have to pick up lunch most of the time. At this point, jury's taco is no longer a place I will return to. Tonight makes the third and final time I will ever come to this place. I think everyone who works the evening shift needs to return back to school for a refresher course in reading. I don't understand how you can mix up chicken for beef. At this point I will return to speak with the manager for a full refund tomorrow morning. If pictures can be attached here they are with receipt.

mannn!!! I love some jucys taco!! great salsa!! wish they would add more lettuce to the taco salad though...its a meat and bean soup if you dont ask for extra lettuce!!! great service and food!

These employees are very polite and efficent an quick at their jobs. I would also like to point I believe it is because the company owners and management. They honestly care for their employees. For that I say Thank you

Shout out to Debra at Jucys Taco in Longview. Sweet lady with great customer skills. In this “COVID craziness” short staffed, world, she was a pleasure. Truly cared that customers had a longer than usual wait and took the time to express her genuine concern. Thank you Debra. You were a pleasure ❤️

Service was great; however, food was very bland. I expected either Tacos or White Queso would be something special but they weren't. The Taco Sauce is helpful until flavor runs out and you're left with that blandness before finishing a bite. I prefer Taco Bell.

Food was fresh and very good. I live about 2 hours away but will be returning.

The Super Nachos with white queso are the best!

Ingredients are basic and items are variations on these ingredients. It is not bad, but somewhat lacking flavor. I tried a chicken quesadilla and though pretty presentation, found the cheese inside was not melted. Slightly more expensive than other restaurants in the same vein. Also slightly pricey for what it is. I.E. a single deluxe taco is $3.00, a bean and cheese burrito is $2.00. If you have ever been a broke college kid like I was, less than 3 miles away on the loop is a Taco Bell, where for the same cost you can double your amount of food.

I ordered a gallon of tea. It was so hot, I had to put it in the floorboard! My floor was hotter than my engine! Their sign says iced tea, not today!
