Our experience was absolutely less than pleasant. I’m giving an extra star because the pancakes are bomb. But we will not be returning to this location. We’ll go back to the Marshall location and just wait if there are no tables available.Denna, the “head cashier” was INCREDIBLY rude to every member of my family. My dad requested biscuits and she rudely let him know “we don’t have any do you want wheat toast” so my dad calmly replied “well will y’all be making more?” So she then proceeded to turn and YELL to the back kitchen “DO WE HAVE ANY BISCUITS” as if to make a point that they in fact do not. THEN 3 tables that arrived after us received their food prior to us. When we did finally get our food it was somewhat cold as if it had been sitting and my moms was incorrect. She went to get sausage instead of bacon and Denna grabbed the plate yelled at the kitchen staff and then tossed the plate back on the table to my mom without saying a WORD to her. So my mom said “thank you? You’re welcome? Anything” and she literally YELLED AT MY MOTHER???? “I’m BUSY!”Needless to say, customer service is not her gift and it would be highly recommended to invest in her abilities to treat customers. Because you just lost 5. We won’t be back.
The food is very good, but this location appears to have fairly consistent food safety issues.My immediate and extended family, as well as friends, have gotten food poisoning multiple times ( separate occasions) over the past 12 months.In our limited sample, we’ve had approximately 20 total meals across friends and family with 6 of those meals resulting in food poisoning.Those of us that have gotten sick have ordered burgers, salads, and their chicken sandwich. The only common ingredient across those entrees seems to be lettuce. Those that have ordered their chicken fried steak, have never gotten sick.The staff has been very apologetic and offered to comp my food in the past ( which I didn’t take as my goal was just to let them know people were getting sick ).Hope they identify the issue and correct as they make good food. It’s just shaping up to be not worth the risk of stomach pain to eat there.
I forgot to take pictures because I was so hungry. It takes a very confident burger joint to setup next to a whataburger and they have done a fantastic job period. The selection was amazing and the staff was super friendly. They helped guide us and I’m glad they did, this is bar far one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time and I highly recommend giving it a shot. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all and cool thing we learned is there’s more than just this one!
I went through the drive through to get an order of fries for my wife on the way home. This was the first time I have ever been to a Jucy's. From the drive trough I was treated very well. Once at the window I could tell that it was a clean and well ran establishment. The respect amongst the team members I overheard was genuine. The outside and inside cleanliness denotes the level of professionalism and is a direct reflection of the management. I plan on going back to eat there in the lobby to sample the food.
My husband and I are every other sunday, usually pretty happy with it. But your customer service needs work. I had two trays of food and not one offer to help they were just standing and staring.
Came here couple days ago around 6pm. Walking in I felt welcomed by the young lady. I would say that she got our order correct. The food was okay. Too much grease..But I also did notice the managers being rude to the employees. One of the managers had a name tag and rolled her eyes at an employee in a rude manner. No employee should be treated that way. And the employee was doing a good job at cleaning and making sure customers were okay. when she was doing her job. this is the first and last time I come here. managers should do better at treating employees instead of treating them like garbage. get better managers. these teen workers go through stuff just like us!
Freaking amazing ive had burgers there before and they are unbelievable and the chicken fried chicken is amazing
Really tasty breakfast, have always had a burger and fries so the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
Great burger, even though it has been highly greasy not juicy but greasy. Don't get me wrong I downed it and happily ended up with a happy tummy but also a very much upset stomach from the grease. Had to remove the bun because it was so soggy I couldn't even pick it up. Idk If they are cutting cost with cheaper meat with a higher fat content or what but I'd love to leave with a happy tummy and no upset stomach
Have not eaten here in years but went tonight and could not have been better. The burger and fries were great, sweet tea was on spot. The beans were great but a little spicy for me. Will definitely be back. Oh and the crew was very polite and helpful. Thank you for a great dining experience. This was at the Gilmer Rd location , Longview
