I picked up my order and found 2 long hairs in my food on the date of 5/7/2022. This made me not want to finish my meal or replace it. We called to speak to a manager about the situation. They offered to replace the meal but not refund the money. This will be the last time I get anything else to eat from this restaurant location. My experience this time around was disgusting.
I forgot to take pictures because I was so hungry. It takes a very confident burger joint to setup next to a whataburger and they have done a fantastic job period. The selection was amazing and the staff was super friendly. They helped guide us and I’m glad they did, this is bar far one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time and I highly recommend giving it a shot. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all and cool thing we learned is there’s more than just this one!
Oh my gosh, 4.5 stars out of almost 1700 reviews???Without a doubt, the Texans' standard stick is close to the ground.The site does not have any menu. On the screens where you see photos of the burgers (or any food), it doesn't tell you what they contain or what they don't contain, so you have to guess from the photo or ask for each dish.The place is a mess, there is garbage on tables, seats, and floors everywhere.There were 4 of us, and all 4 of us ordered the same hamburgers, but each one with variations (mayonnaise, mustard, no pickles, no onion, etc.), when the tray was delivered to us, no one in the place knew which hamburger was which. Each one ate what he got and had to take out what he/she didn't like.The lady who attended us is not someone who is qualified to serve the public.4.5 stars, really??? No way!!!!
Ran through to grab a quick bite. I ordered the Jr. Burger, fried green tomatoes and the fried chicken sandwich. The order was wrong. I got theGrilled chicken sandwich, which was dry. The fried green tomatoes were really good. I've gotten to where I usually drive to the jucys on Gilmer because it's better, but was in a hurry. The one on Eastman seems to have problems, seems like with me and my order whenever I'm there. ☹
Love there breakfast. And coffee is always hot and fresh

BLAND!THE MEAT TASTED LIKE IT WAS BOILED IN WATER!THE BACON CHEDDAR FRIES HAD HARDLY ANY CHEESE ON THEM, AND FOR A BURGER PLACE THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE MALTS OR SHAKES! SO I SAID ALL THAT TO SAY THIS: THE TYLER LOCATION IS BETTER(EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T HAVE MALTS OR SHAKES EITHER!)
This little place lives up to its name!The hamburgers are huge, juicy and delicious! They serve a huge order of fries that was pretty damn good..They also have a huge pot of complimentary pinto beans that you can dine on while waiting for your order. OmG, so good that I ate two small cups and then ordered a quart to go.I will definitely make a road trip just to have this slice of heaven.I just wish the place was bigger, a bit crowded when we got there.These folks know how to cook!!!!!
One bite from my burger and I am forever hooked. That is how good these burgers are. You mystery Juicy Burgers.
These guys make really great thick style hamburgers. They also make great onion rings. I would have given 5th star save for the french fries which are just meh.
Our favorite one to visit. Figured I’d update and add to the review. Been eating at Jucys for over 20 years starting in Marshall, but ate at this one more than any of the others. To be honest I didn’t know what to think about it when the remodeled this one, but it’s grown on me. The food is still just as good as it’s always been and the beens are the Star of the show. I just wish they would give me the recipe for them.
