First time visiting Jason Deli. Food was sent to our table pretty fast and it was hot. Great tasting food and generous portions. Customer service was great as well.--------------Updating the score to a 4. I had ordered pick up at 12:05 for my lunch break. I had placed the order at 11:35 am. I didn't get my food until 12:30. Its really inexcusable to not prepare the food by the pick up time. I will go back to Jason Deli but not during my lunch break because I can't trust that it will be ready in time for pick up.
Ordered online at 5:50 pm. One sandwich and one wrap. It is 6:40 now and we have been waiting in curbside parking for 30 minutes for our food. The woman who answered the phone when we called to notify of our arrival was very polite and apologetic. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but 50 minutes (and we still haven't received our food) is ridiculous.
Everytime I needed something they were RIGHT THERE!!!! Very attentive staff?. Will return soon. Excellent service and food
I ordered a big chef salad (which is my favorite) yesterday around 6 p.m. My whole entire bag, and lid on my salad smelled like cigarettes. I’m not a smoker . Obviously someone is preparing food without washing their hands . I hope management take care of this issue asap .
?? absolutely loved it. The salad bar was completely stocked with a wonderful variety of fresh choices ?Amazing staff.... working hard....not a slacker in site. The evening shift manager was the nicest lady I have encountered in management.....You guys keep up the great work ?Shout out to the brand new guy that was working the salad bar that night..What a great worker
When a worker makes a mistake JARED (who I assume is management) should not talk to Black people like we're not humans or we're all thieves. He was the one who trashed my supposed to be barbecue sandwich last Thursday because I changed my order. I was told that I would be credited for the sandwich of my choice whenever I come back, and it was being put into the computer. My BBQ sandwich had HARD bread that had split apart, had running BBQ sauce with pieces of beef that was super sweet, no red onions and clumped up cheese; it was SLOP and not edible. I called and offered to bring it back and was told that wasn't necessary only to be told today it's not in the system and he needs a receipt from a week ago. Then he said you'd be surprised at the people who come in for a credit. I said I didn't know about it; I've spent a lot of money there. Our food has ALWAYS been superb. $30 spent and this. He basically called me a liar on the cool. I was going to use them for my conference but that's okay. I'm so disappointed. My go to place whether delivery or pick. His customer service socks or maybe it's just towards our kind.
Manager was awesome love her customer service. We will be back to vista. It was at.5:15 pm. Sunday. Great job
They were busy and short handed but were doing everything they could to make it run smooth. They were super nice. Offered a free drink while I waited and threw in lots of extras for my wait. Always great food, prefer to eat in for their salad bar alone. Can't go wrong here.
I order from here often. Don't live in Longview so when something is left off the order it's frustrating. Tonight's order the dip for the fruit bowl was left out and I ordered blue chips and guacamole but got Tostitos. This is the second time the chips were wrong. This won't stop me from coming back.
Great place, only reason for no 5 star is because they got my order pretty messed up for the second time in a row! My half sandwich and soup meal came out as a full sandwich and full bowl of soup! We were a group of 5 and I didn't catch the mistake earlier due to the meal was all on 1 ticket. This was the second time in 2 weeks something like this happened. Not a deal breaker but I will go over my receipt before I find my seat!!
