This Jack in the Box seriously has the nicest workers. I have never been to a drive thur that is so polite. They always have a smile on their faces. Keep up the great work!!!
I don't care what anybody says about Jack In The Crack!!!It's one of my favorite Burger spots because of it's VARIETY of items that are not burgers; if that makes any sense. LOL.I'll tell you all this: the Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowls are my go-to when I can't get my Oriental fix at 1130 pm!
Fast, friendly and hot!Everything is so expensive right now and the quality of the food here was cheap for the exorbent price. .As far as their customer service this visit, it was great.
It's fast food there's instances of inconsistency and stuff like that but overall not too bad. I do feel for the overnight people because they seem to be very understaffed and wait times can get very long very quickly but only specifically overnight.
Haven't been to a Jack in the Box for many years since they closed all the ones in Michigan a long time ago. Must say I am a new fan of their mini tacos. Ordered on the app, ready for me and food was hot! Thank you!!!
The young lady working the drive thru was fabulous. Sweet and perky. Wish I had gotten her name. If I wasn't so tired I would have and told her manager to give her a raise. Whoever she was Thank you!
Haven't been here in awhile since they discontinued the cheddar bacon potatoes wedges, so I went and ordered a cheeseburger munchie meal with no vegetables. Got to the drive through paid and watched her touch my fries with her bare hands. So didn't eat those. Got home the burger has vegetables and in the bottom of my box was some dry crusty lettuce. Wont be going back.
They actually have great food the lettuce in the tacos wasnt that good but the tacos in general were awesome.
Floor was slippery and tables had not been cleaned recently. Order was cashed incorrectly and was difficult to correct. Food quality was as-to-be-expected for this restaurant.
Oh my god.... It was so gross . Meant to call and tell them matter if fact.. had a crispy chicken ranch... Chicken batter wasn't even done.. no ranch . Cold curly fries in old grease.. yuck... Won't be back
