Want an old fashioned authentic hotdogs with sufficient toppings? This is the best place for it. Highly recommend as a pitstop for people on a trip. It's brings the old coke bottle aesthetic to a classic American meal. The Chicago dog is probably one of the best in my opinion, the vegetables are fresh and aren't overpowering. Customer service is also great.

It was decent, but it didn't hold a candle to Dairy Queen's chili cheese dogs. Which, considering hot dogs are their specialty, I definitely expected a really great hot dog. Also, if you order a chili cheese dog it comes wrapped in paper, so your chili and cheese gets stuck to the paper. They don't give you cutlery to scrape it off and put it back on the hot dog, so it's messy and unsatisfying experience.
Good quick meal if on the go. Give them a chance if you're in the area.
Hot dogs are the bomb diggity. Western dog has me like ?? every. Single. Time.Ladies at the window are cool as can be also. This place has been here for YEARSSSSSS. SUCH a homey environment.
Pretty good and pretty close to now gone Weinerland. There is only drive through and outside seating, if you've never been. Super cute 'old school' place for a quick cheap date!We got 5 chili cheese dogs, chili cheese fries and two medium drinks and it was only like $21.Chili cheese dogs is where its at! Will be trying the frito pie next time!
This place is such a little hidden East Texas gem. It is family owned & operated, always has been & always will be. I remember when this place was cash only. Whenever I was in town, I would go to the ATM to get cash out just to get my Hotdog Express fix! They have the BEST FRITO PIES in the whole wide world & chili dogs. This is one of the only places I can go to that their chili doesn't give me heartburn. And every time I go, I have to get me a Moonpie for later ?
Fast and fresh dogs. Feels very vintage and classic. The quality of the food is nice and each item remained consistent. A good cheap meal that you know is gonna satisfy those cravings.
