Thirty minutes...waited thirty minutes to get our food. And when we did, one of the sandwiches didn't have ranch on it, when we asked for it to have ranch on it. Didn't get the tartar sauce that we requested and was on the ticket. The fish and shrimp were pitiful in size compared to others that sell fish on their menu.We've typically had good experiences here, but tonight was not one of them. They were busy, but 30 minutes to wait was ridiculous. I would be willing to bet my wingsendedup being given to anothercustomer,another customer, we got parked and I ended up having to go in and get it. The sandwiches ended up cold.Worst experience so far.
Burnt. Ordered chicken. Got chicken. Burnt inedible chicken. Drove back 40 miles round-trip. Was given only part of my money back by manager. Never again!
Food wasn't up to their usual standard. Restaurant had been remodeled. Looked very nice. Service was a little slow.

Golden chick never fails me! They ALWAYS hook me up with extra on the 4piece combo. ?? Everything is always hot and fresh no matter what time I come. Their macncheese is THE BEST out of every other chicken fast food place, hands down. This place is one of my favorites to get my hangover meal in and I will never stop coming here. ❤ out of the countless times I've been they've never gotten my order wrong and they always have wonderful service in the drive through. Love you guys. Lol

What's up with y'all ?Fell down, or feel asleep on my last take out order , the manager gave me over cooked fried chicken.He do entirely to much talking and not enough paying attention to what he needs to be doing, Make sure the customers orders are correct.
