Was so exited to try this place and so disappointed!!! I paid $14.99 for one grilled fish and slivers of zucchini and squash. I get that grilled fish cost more than fried but this was ridiculous. Very little flavor. The beans and rice I threw out. Tasted like they opened a can of black beans and poured it over rice. No flavor at all. Some of my order was left out also. Tried calling them a few times no answer. Corporate said to contact store so ?♀️Will never go back. Over $50 for three people and no one loved it and didn’t get my full size order
Visiting here from Dallas Ft. Worth area and I must say this is some of the best catfish I have had. Even though I went through the drive thru it still tasted fresh and was still hot and crispy! The hush puppies had a good flavor as well. However, I will say I was very disappointed in the Coleslaw portion. I paid $2.29 for a side pint of Coleslaw and it was half full. Either they should fill it up all the way or give a smaller container charging less. Other than that I really liked this place!
I had tried a burger here before and it was good, if not a bit pricey for what it was. On this visit my family and I decided to try the seafood. The three of us ordered catfish baskets and shakes. When I went up to get our food the shakes weren't ready and they looked at us like we were crazy, not good customer service at all. We finally got our shakes after we were finished eating after going up to the counter twice to remind them. As for the catfish, it was very bland with no seasoning at all in the batter. The fries are like homemade fries and would have been pretty good but they were cold, as was the hush puppy. The fries were also very salty, so much so we could hardly eat them. For what we got it was very overpriced, a 12.00 basket should come with more than just fries and 1 hush puppy. Everyone left pretty unsatisfied and frustrated. I think it is safe to say that we will not be coming back to Flying Burger. If you want good catfish in Longview there are much better choices: The Catch, The Pier, Dukes, even Sam's.
Extremely good fish dinner. Perfectly cooked catfish in fresh grease. Huge hush puppies with a slightly sweet tinge. The 4 piece was adequate enough to fill me up so well proportioned. Couldn't ask for better service, eye appealing, tasty food. It seems that since Covid, all of my old fish places have gone downhill so I gave Flying Burger a try. I don't regret it and I will be back!Had to lower my stars because return visit had lots of "hidden" charges. Baskets are charged extra for corn on the cob and pickled tomatoes. No idea what other items are up charged. All charges should be transparent.
I ordered the catfish basket. The fish were room temp when it came out, not even warm. The fish were also dry along with the hushpuppies. All of the condiment dispensers were filthy and the push down handles need to be cleaned more often. They had visible build up on them.
I can't believe the poor gratitude. For 9 months I've stop every Tuesday to patronize this establishment to feed my two elderly aunts. On this hot summer day while waiting in the drive thru for my nearly $70.00 order I politely asked for a courtesy cup of lemonade while I waited. I was shocked the manager literally said to me he could not give me a cup of lemonade in this economy. I would have to spend $150.00. The same economy that allowed me to patronize this establishment. I wonder if it was the economy or my skin color. Poor management just lost a $280.00 monthly patron over a $1.30 cup of lemonade. I will never ever patronize any flying burger again. I'll just take my money next door. I'm for sure Fuzzy's can clearly see the value of a cup of lemonade if I'm dropping $70.00 a week.
Neat place to eat. Interesting mix of hamburgers and seafood, but it works.Place was neat and clean. Staff was nice. Service time was on par.The food is fresh, a pleasant surprise in today's world. I'd love the option for a thicker burger patty. They have the ability to cook some nice fat burgers with a slight menu tweak.We'll be back.

My family and I eat at this restaurant fairly often. The food is always really good and you get plenty to fill you up. I like the size of the dining area because it's very spacious and you don't feel crowded even when it's full. Also, the service is fast even when they're busy. Definitely recommend.
Haven't been here in awhile. I had grilled catfish fillets, with a salad and rice and beans. My wife had grilled tilapia, sauteed vegetables and a salad. Food was hot and good. It was fairly busy. The main reason for the four stars and not five was food got cool from the AC. It was only 60 degrees outside. Keep the AC in the kitchen. Will go back, though.
