I usually order from this location but will never order here again after tonight. I ordered 4 medium pizzas and two sodas from the automated system and I was advised that it would take no more than 39 minutes for my order. A hour in a half later I call back and the rude cashier told me that the automated system is never right and they only have one driver but he was in the process of delivering my pizza and it'll be fresh. I paid the driver in cash and took my pizzas to the table and when I opened them they were cold...All 4 of them...so basically they made my pizza as soon as I ordered it and it was just sitting there...I called back to complain to that same cashier and told her I wanted my money back and she told me that she would have the delivery driver come right back and give my money back. I waited 10 minutes and called to speak to a manager and by this time I am fuming and I asked him where the delivery driver was and he told me " he was out making deliveries"...he had literally just left my house a minute before I called to ask for my refund....so then I asked if I had to wait to get my money back for their mistakes...What about the the Dominoes moto??...Then the manager told me that I could come pick my pizza up...hell no, not when I paid delivery fees and gave a tip that was not deserved. Th at manager hung up in my face after I asked for his name (which I believe he gave me a false name) and the number to corporate. I will get that number because people deserve the fresh food that they pay for!
Been ordering from this Domino’s for years and they’re at their absolute best right now. Always excellent customer service from the delivery drivers, always delivered in a timely manner unless late at night when they’re slammed with orders or low on drivers. Pizza never disappoints they really make sure you get your moneys worth. Keep up the good work guys!
Not too good my experience with them us kinda 50/50 out of the many times I ordered from here. Once I ordered a meat lovers pizza and it had what looked like spinach all over it and the center if the pizza wasn't done. I ordered cheesy bread sticks and it was Italian sausage in it ....(not a fan) and it seemed to be not fresh as it cheese was kinda cold. My first pizza was by far the worse all the topping and cheese was on top of the box. It seemed like They dropped the pizza or something. However there was a few good orders from them and They are nice enough to do remakes, but it's very limited after three times don't do it anymore. I think that's a bad policy especially when their the ones at fault. I understand if some people are nitpicking but when you mess the whole order up there should be an exception to it. I didn't complain every time but atleast 6 times they completely got my order wrong.
Never have all of what I ordered.. always out of something
Not worth the money, first off the pizza wasnt a extra large like i ordered, i asked for extra cheese, it wasnt. I could see through that extra thin pizza. I wouldnt recommend going here, Marco's pizza is way better hands down.
Pizza is great, I tried the chicken provolone sandwich it was very good
I placed my order at 11::00 PM and got a call at 11:30 saying that I will be getting my order at 1:00am this is ridiculous.
