Ordered 3 tacos regular price and tacos were not filled up. They had half the ingredients. I have never had tacos this bad from a DQ. The DQ in Marshall is Awesome....!!!!!
Burgers were absolutely horrible. Bun half cooked on grill...partially toasted, partially completely white just like out of the package. Bun old and dry. Meat dry and seemed old,2 brothers used to cook years ago and obviously no longer there. Pricing wrong...mischarged. Manager???? rude and kept slamming the drive through window shut after saying what SHE had to say. Pathetic food and customer service. Jucy's is right down the block. Never again.
I was asked to pull around and wait for my order. I was confused about where to be so I pulled up to the front of the store. I decided to wait inside. One of the employees I was upset I’m guessing, because she came through the front door with my food. She walked toward me and handed me my bag with a rude look on her face. I told her thank you nicely, but she continued to walk past me and not even reply. I called a manager when I got home because, after I thought about it, she could have been a little nicer. The manager apologized over the phone. I went to do a survey using my receipt online. The website says it is unable to let me do a survey using my receipt info. My order was right thankfully, but definitely need to be more friendly.
If you like ice cream go to the one at Eastman road and Tryon road but wear gloves and get plenty of napkins to catch the excess ice cream that is going to end up on you and possibly anywhere else from container being over filled.
I gave them 5 starts because. They were super nice to us even if they did not have a full staff and they worked as a team. I am telling you these three lady was so nice and worked hard.
The entire staff and ownership of this establishment was beyond kind and beyond professional and beyond courteous and beyond extremely nice! Oh and by the way, the food was excellent, too!
Horrible experience. Blizzard tasted sour, went back through the drive through to have the girl open the window and say “yes?” Explained that the blizzard tasted sour. She continues to star at me, then asked to have it exchanged. Left a message for the district manager no return call.
Do not come eat here!! The food was badly prepared. The mayo on the burger tasted rancid took one bite of the burger and immediately had to throw away even the soda tasted strange.
For two meals and one child's meal I spent almost $40
Employees were very I don't want to say rude I'll go with dry they acted as if they didn't want to be there or if they didn't want to serve us I had to wait for my food and I still got old fries and a cold chicken sandwich my mom's chicken tender meal was cold I don't think I'll be going there again anytime soon
