Good to Go! Was traveling back home and decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. Place was full but I was seated within 4 minutes and waitress met me almost as soon as I sat down. Food came out quickly (5 to 7 minutes) and my tea glass was never empty. Was glad I stopped and I also noticed a Vietnam Veteran there eating with his family. . ."silently purchased their meal" and got back on the road. Thanks for the good food and great customer service. . . . Will Return!
Great place to get delicious breakfast! People are nice and friendly. My food was very good! All was fresh and delicious. My biscuits was fresh. Also they have great gift shopping. Lots of great gifts ideas. Place is clean and the atmosphere inside is great. Workers are friendly. This place is busy in the mornings and over the weekend. Prices are friendly. Delicious food, great service and friendly prices!
I stopped at this restaurant while travelling through Texas visiting family. I have eaten at Cracker Barrels in various states over the years. At this stop one person in our 3 person group received cold grits, I received the wrong pancake order which had to be made after I received my eggs and meat. By the time the pancakes arrived the eggs and meat were ice cold. Our server did reheat the order, but then the eggs were hard. I couldn't eat the eggs or sausage, but the pancakes were good when they arrived. It was a decent meal, but should have been better. The whole order should have been remade so everything would arrive hot. The food shortfall reduced the value paid the the meal.
I am always impressed with how Cracker Barrel staff get customers in and out of a store, yet you feel like you could have stayed there longer if you want. The food is ALWAYS a five. Our waitress was kind, attentive and remembered all we asked. He goes for the food, I go for the shopping. I didn’t get anything?. But what is the best thing to do after a meal there? It’s rocking in the chairs. We love #crackerbarrel and had a good morning with grandkids in Longview, TX
I try to go on Saturdays for the chicken Fried Pork Chops, love them. There wasn't a wait so I was seated right away. I love when they have the fireplace going, makes it feel homey. Food was good as usual and did a little gift shopping.
It was a well organized and clean facility. The staff was helpful and friendly. My take out order for two was completed in a timely manner and correctly. The food was made correctly and tasty. This is a good place to grab a bite to eat. I would recommend it for casual dining and take out.
My mom and I ate here on Saturday night and again on Tuesday night. The food was excellent both times. The service was fantastic. We were treated so very friendly from the ladies who seated us and the waitress’s who served us and the people who cashed out our tickets. The atmosphere was awesome. The first night our waitress was Tina and the second time it was Kelsey. Not only did they both provide outstanding service, but they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. They were so kind and so nice to us. They both were simply magnificent. Thank you and even though we live two hours away from Longview, we will return.
Had an amazing experience at Cracker Barrel this afternoon! The place was packed and we were worried it would take a while to get our food. It definitely didn’t. They were quick and the food was fantastic. Kaylee was our friendly waitress and she stayed on top of everything and then when we got lattes to go, she said they were on her. We love this place and Kaylee made it even better. Highly recommend ❤️
Food is still great. Service was good. And the gift shop is a lot of fun.
