Steer clear! The absolute worst customer service. Sat in the drive-thru line behind one car for at least ten minutes. Finally got to order and my wife ordered a three piece dark mix meal with okra and an extra large okra. The window employee was rude. We got the food and drove away and my wife tasted the okra. It was rubbery, cold, tough and tasted old. The extra large okra looked more like a regular size order. The three piece mix? Three small drumsticks not much bigger than a chicken wing. We went back and sat in the drive-thru behind a single car again for another ten minutes. When we got to the window we told the employee there that we were bringing the food back and would like a refund. She rolls her eyes and turns around to get the employee who had taken our order before and turned out to be the manager. She asks what the problem is and we explain that the chicken pieces are super-small and the okra is cold and rubbery. The manager leaves the window for a couple of minutes, comes back, motions for me to hand her the food and literally rips the bag and drink out of my hands. She slams the window closed and disappears. Then the entire staff start yelling loudly enough for us to hear them that that chicken was fresh and had just been cooked. This goes on for several minutes while we wait. She comes back to the window after digging around loudly in the register drawer, opens the window, throws the change and receipt in my hand and shuts the window without a word. I have to pull up a little and open my car door to pick up the change she had thrown on the ground. Overall the absolute worst food/restaurant experience I’ve ever had at any place. Ever. If this is the type of business Church’s encourages and trains their employees for, I will never eat at another one. Our business went to another very well known chicken place that night where the customer service is always outstanding and the chicken sandwiches are always hot and fresh.

when we got there there was 4 cars in the drive thru, inside was closed. cool that's fine. but then they made sure they got rid of all 4 of those cars before even taking our order at the drive thru, while there were 5 cars behind us. we sat there for 12 minutes before we ordered. and then after ordering we asked if the ranch was in the bag and instead of saying anything she just shut the window and then opened it again and pretty much threw the ranch at my hand. I will not be coming back here, very rude employees and food was not very great at all. do not go here!

I’m sorry but I will not be going here again… They specifically messed up my order on something that I was very specific about buying extra of but instead they don’t give me the extra and then they don’t even bother to try and make it right and it was absolutely ridiculous… The girl at the window needs to learn how to take her orders better

The food is great but the customer service is horrible.. very rude and getto.

It is 7:18 pm this location doesn't close until 10pm and they are stating that they are about to drop the last of their chicken for the night. What? Lady hollering at me for ordering what I want she got the right one tonight and getting turned in to corporate. Service is HORRIBLE

My kid's and I got sick after we ate from this place never again will I eat from here.

Always check ur food.. we never get the biscuits. Idk what they are doing w them..

usually I love this place in Longview, buy my last trip, the order was all wrong. I wanted the Chicken Sandwich with Bacon. 2 of them, but they gave us the Other chicken tender sandwich. I'm disappointed mostly because I'm in the Commercial for the Bacon sandwich!!!! and the drinks were wrong as well.

Employees were just not very good at there job waited a while the whole time they were just laughing and playing.

The absolute rudest female I have ever encountered in a drive through window. So rude in fact I just left without even trying to order. Last time I go there ever again.
