I go to play this afternoon with my daughter when I paid I only received the change and I kept it in my wallet, I paid with a $100 to exchange cash that I needed for my son and on the night that I had to give my son $70, I realize that I paid for a personal pizza $8 for my daughter and $15 in game points had to give me back $74 in change and it turns out I only got $54 back. in the future I will pay more attention when I pay.
Much better now that they have more games. Girls are always very nice checking you in. Always seem clean there.
I'm 31 yrs old and havad never been to Chuck E cheese until this visit for my son's 5th birthday. It was so much fun and definitely not as expensive as I thought it would be. Buuuut definitely recommend getting the time instead of points.
Our kids had fun, the staff was super friendly, and the food was good!
Loved it. Had lots of fun! Place was sanitary and also super nice.
workers very sweet to my son! first time there. pizza was great. will be back
how it is family oriented and very nice
Some not all of the staff playing snaching each other phones not being productive at all while there's a long line up front waited 30mins in line only one person at the counter and tables full of trash, pizza took 40mins when there are already pre made in the back in the cabinets below and they have broken games no out of order signs or anything showing there broken and people wasting there points or time on the cards trying to make it work
I want to say it's been about 10 years since I have entered a Chuck E Cheese. And Saturday I was very impressed with the amazing cards and points system! I love the card! I loved the environment! I loved all the cool games I got to enjoy with my 5 year old. Only issue I had was the employees not really trying to help when I tried to speak with them after we paid......other than that place was clean, they did do the kid check which is just awesome awesome awesome!
Stood in at the front of the line for 5 minutes as 5 employees were at the registers. 3 were handling ONE customer and the other two just stood there talking amongst themselves. Then when they were finished they either got on their phone or walked off. Had one come right to the register infront of us not say a word to me log in print something off and then walk off. NOT ONE acknowledged the fact we were standing there. I 100% understand being busy or using a situation to train other employees; however, to not acknowledge three customers to let them know that they will be with is in a moment is ridiculous. Then taking the customers BEHIND US...I guess they just don't enjoy serving interracial families at this establishment. First and last time I'll ever walk into a Chuck E. Cheese. Only good thing about this visit was the guy who greeted us when we walked it. At least one employee knows how to do their job!!
