Update: Started coming here three years ago and loved it. But we visited April 16th for our Anniversary this year and wasn't impressed. The inside was in disrepair and the staff wasn't knowledgeable but we can understand a new employee. However the food was horrible. The chicken on my salad entree was so hard you could hear it when tapped with a fork! Yes, after a question to two staff members it was removed from our ticket BUT that made our appetizer and dessert price increase to the point that it really didn't make much difference in our ticket. We most likely won't be back unless they bring back the 2 for $25. Table and booth were dirty when we were seated, had to request it to be wiped. Salt shaker was so caked up nothing would come out.
What can I say, it's a Chili's restaurant. I was there for a take out order on the fly. I sat in the area that the waitresses sat in for their break whilst awaiting my order. The order was prepared in a timely manner. The waitresses were cordial and pleasant to interact with. Other than that I really was not in the hosting side of the establishment to speak on conditions. I will say though that I have been there in the past and was well received and hosted. The food is sure enough. I know that this is a good restaurant to bring a family to. Parking is good and it is a clean and well ran establishment.
I don't have a photo.. i wasn't thinking of rating the place....but after the meal...i MUST REVIEW IT..the ambience is always poppin with great people looking for cold beer ?..Ritas...and food to please the palate...I ordered a Ribeye which always hits the spot ...medium is my preference....Buuuut this time...it was an awful piece of meat...i honestly didn't think it was no ribeye...and it it was..reminded me of freezer burnt stale steak...Ehen i was cutting into meat..seemed like i was cutting a thick piece of ham..I didn't wanna complain...i had driven 10 hours straight and just wanted a meal and ho back yo hotel..catch some Fox news and count sgeep with my eyes closed.???..Maybe the supply chain problems hit my chillis ? ...If i go there again. And same problem arises...i will definitely return the steak...Its important they know horse meat is not same as cow meat???..That is all..Mike

We used to enjoy the southwest egg rolls....we haven't been to chili's in Longview in a few yrs so we decided to go. Man this place seemed a little "run down" and I don't remember it being like that pre-covid. The egg rolls tasted like they were fried in OLD GREASE! Left a horrible after taste. We had the triple sampler and chose 2 sets of the egg rolls and one of the fried cheese. Cheese would have been good but the grease situation kinda ruined it. I actually would have given no stars but that wasn't an option so 1 ? it is.
New to area. Very dark and unsafe parking area. We went for dinner. Not busy at all and we were seated right by the kitchen. Asked to be moved but lack of employees would mean a wait for another table in a half empty restaurant. The noise and loud talking from the employees was to much for us. We couldn't enjoy our own conversation. Table was dirty. Seats were dirty and sticky. The food was good. Tea was SUPER SWEET! Waiter was good. Won't be back.
I absolutely love chili's but this location is horrible. The service is extremely slow! It was almost 20 minutes before we got our drinks. We had 3 cokes and a sweet tea! My favorite is the chicken crisper and this location has no clue how to cook them. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
Dispite having short staff my family and I were very well looked after by our waitress.The food was greatly plated as well as being tasty ?
Took almost 10 minutes for hostess to seat us. There was no line at all. Not friendly either. Server was friendly food was good. Floors were filthy and original table we were seated at was dirty.
All the sauces did not go unnoticed! ❤️ Appreciate them getting the order perfect!
