Customer service aweful...Arrived 4:40 order taken 4:45p told pull forward chicken right out . 12:51still waiting so I see 5;orders leave behind me so I get out& ask what's the wait & the rude? Man says waiting on chicken so I say howso 5 orders you walked out while 3 cars are waiting & he claimed the were gizzards lies because those are made to order and one was a family box. He then says weren't you told when you ordered & I said no so he calls a lead to come refund & she closes the window. I stand there listening to him call me out my name. When he finishes, I tell him thru the window I heard what you said so he walks out & delivers more orders. The wait was still 6 minutes after waiting almost 15 so I asked to be refunded only to be told it takes5-7 days. Eric they need coaching here at this location...
Ok I live out of town now. Use to be a local, and in the passed 2 years, the three times I’ve had this particular chicken express I’ve been let down… only good thing they got going is their sweet tea.
Staffing was very poor Saw people coming out of dining room was family members of employees I wanted to go in And place orders but I was told I can't come in after seeing the other people come out.I was ordering food for a family that had a family member die .so I left without ordering because manager was very rude to me
Have a great the best chicken liver, strips and sweet tea. My service last night was very professional they were very nice and this time my food was hot.
Horrible Horrible! What is wrong with the employee's? I know they must hate their job but dang. So rude and sloppy. Order is never right..EVER..Never spending money there again. So gross.
To start customer service is terrible. They never greet you just " WHAT CAN I GET YOU" Second my kids and I were second from the window in the drive thru and a lady came out and took my credit card for payment. She never came back out. Turns out another girl gave my card to the vehicle at the window. Luckily that person was honest and gave my card back. I brought it to their attention that my card could have been easily stolen if that person wasn't honest. The manager never apologized and wouldn't even give an extra anything for their mess up. On top of that we had already waited 10 min for her to tell us it will be 14 more minutes. So instead of waiting my kid settled for a different piece of chicken that turned out terrible. This is not the first time I've been really dissatisfied with this place. There needs to be better service put in place with replacing the manager as a start.
The one in gilmer the rolls could be a Little softer,and my chicken tenders Last time were too hard and when i ask for an extra roll they forget to give it to me i don,t mind paying for it

Horrible experience. Every time I come to pick up takeout from this chicken express for my office, they mess up a part of our order in some type of way. Yesterday was the final straw for me, as I'm tired of being blamed by my boss and coworkers for the screw-ups. In the past I've swept it under the rug, but yesterday it wasn't as easy, as the order they messed up was my bosses'. To put it in the family friendly way, I got chewed out for about twenty minutes. His order was very simple too, a 7 pc chicken tender with corn nuggets and coleslaw... what we received was the 7 piece spicy chicken strips with no coleslaw and only the corn nuggets. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but he's not a spring chicken, and has an eating schedule for when he's up at the office, with certain foods that he enjoys. Plus he just can't handle the spice.
If I can give this branch a no-star I would because I purchased a 4 piece spicy chicken tenders meal on my way to work and the tenders were dried out and hard. Called up there to complain about it and they tell me to bring them back as if hardworking people can leave there job at will at least I’m not one. I would definitely not eat here again
