I'd never eaten chick fil-a until a few months ago and before that I didn't get the hype but the food is actually really good and I love that it's real chicken! You don't get that very often with other fast food places. They've never gotten my order wrong (except for today but they only forgot two sauces which is totally fine) and they're always so respectful and kind. One of my favorite fast food places by far!!!
This restaurant has gone from 5 stars to 1 star. They built two lanes in the drive through and they are slower now than when they had only one. I ordered online and when I arrived I still waited 15 minutes. I arrived at 6:30 pm and was informed they ran out of chicken strips. This has happened to me twice. How does that happen? I can’t imagine the upper management has not received multiple complaints. They have lost my business at this location.
Food is good, but service is slow. Stood at the front waiting for someone to come help me but no one would. This is why I only go to the chic fila in the mall, their service is better.
This location used to be great. I’m not sure what has happened, though. Very long wait times, food items missing or just wrong on multiple visits, and slack portion sizes on mac and cheese and fries. Food is still delicious, though. For full satisfaction, Kilgore location is better right now lol.
This place turns you out fairly quickly, they have their flow down.We always enjoy what we get here but I will say they cheat me on the grilled nuggets almost every single time. And since you pay $8 just for a 12 piece you'd think you would get the quantity you ordered. Mostly I never do when I order here. Go to the mall and they always deliver what grilled chicken nuggets should be ??♀️, go figure!
Wonderful!!!! Definitely caters to customers. Covered delivery area with heaters for cold days. Fast services. Staff was Great!! Drive 50 miles to shop & go by every time. Diet Lemonade is GREAT!!!! LOVE the Chicken Sandwiches!!! Waffle fries so good!!
I will never go back to this chick-fil-a ever.... We waited in the drive thru just for the people who take the order to walk past us and not take our order. Once we got to the window I asked for a manager and then they finally took my order and then we waited for 25 minutes before we got our food. Total time 40 minutes in the drive thru and we still had to pay. They still forgot 1 sweet tea on our order. I was blown away how bad the service sucked. I Love chick-fil-a but I will never go back to this chick-fil-a. Management needs to do some serious training and talking to their team. If I could give them a negative 3 stars I would..
After living in Longview for a little over 6 months now and often picking up some food for the family, I do have to say that this location does a wonderful job with getting people through the line quickly while delivering really fresh and hot food, not to mention, getting the order correct!
Well for 9$ and some change you should have gone to Raising Canes chicken fingers for the price you pay, you are not going to get full off this meal. At least you get more food at Raising Canes.
Customer Service on point per usual, Chicken Sandwich sub par at best, dry, hard and a wet bun. That was disappointing
