Ok love this chick.fil.a...always have. I ordered a catering for my sons grad party...when on the phone ordering this for 5-21-22 the kid on the phone didnt say they'd start cooking it after I arrive to pick it up...I was almost late for my own party...and turns out they give me the wrong stuff. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich platter...they sent me the spicy sandwich platter. The difference is the whole chicken breast to sliced. I was disappointed. And hardly anyone ate it. If I knew I had to wait for the food I would have said 4 or 430..and they could've got the order right. ?
Had a problem with my app not letting me choose Curbside, but I had a baby with me and just really didn't want to get out with my baby. Have yet to get Covid and just ugh. Anyway, I went ahead an parked, called in and let them know my situation and they brought it out to me no problem. Were super nice about it.
Obviously the lines are long for this modestly priced fast food chain & I personally think it's worth it. I use curbside service most of the time. The food is consistently good & the service has been excellent overall, with only a few exceptions.
Drive thru took forever and the staff was less than polite when I went. I understand being slammed and busy but take time with your customers and don't assume what your customers want and not ask. I ordered a kids meal and the lady rung it up without asking what we wanted with it. We had to correct it at the window twice
Chick-fil-A has been one of my favorites since we got our first one in Lufkin, Texas many years ago. I am so excited to see Marshall, Texas is getting one in the coming weeks. Can not wait to see them open!
Only came to review for the most helpful, kind, and positive worker I have ever met! Tashianna is the best employee I’ve ever met here, and if she isn’t upper management she would be the best fit, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.
The food is always good but the fact that the dining room is closed and you must use the app is disappointing. My vehicle does not fit through the drive-thru and I would rather just walk in and place my order. Would be much more efficient and time-saving.
With great honesty Chick-fil-A is no longer a 4.5 or better place to stop. They only get the 3.5 due to the politeness 9f the kids working there.The food has become okay. It is worth going as long as the lines aren't too long.
Little slower than some Chick-fil-A places. 4 sandwiches was $18. Was very surprised by that. Was very good
Seems like the breakfast biscuits keep getting smaller and smaller. Today, it was tiny. The biscuit was hard around the edges, and super dry. You definitely needed a drink with each bite, so you wouldn’t choke getting the food down.
