This place is fantastic. The dry-aged beef burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in Longview. Their shakes and fries are great, too. I’ve been several times now and have yet to have an experience that isn’t excellent in every way. On our most recent visit, the chef came out to chat for a bit while we were eating, and the woman taking orders was both helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend giving this place a try for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner!
Our order was wrong due to the lady who took my order. The wait was 20m (which that part didn't bother me as this didn't seem to be a fast food type of place) what bothered me was there was no apology- the lady LAUGHED and was like "oh that was my bad." I will not be back.
I've visited BurgerIM too many times to count and always have had a great experience. The falafel burgers are to die for and I love the staff.
Staff were very polite and helpful explaining the menu. Looking to go back soon to try the wings I keep hearing about. But burger and fries were awesome. Glad to find a new spot for munchies.
It's not your average hamburger place. It's the convenience and speed of fast food, but I had a REAL hamburger with fresh ingredients. I'll be back very soon!!!!
Terrible. Walked in and the cashier was sitting down with his feet on the counter. Order was wrong, burger was cold, and onion rings are worse than burger kings. They do have patio seating, but it's a nailed canopy with no lighting and space heaters that look like they were run over by the horse drawn carriages passing by. Highly disappointed especially since previous reviews are all 5 stars.

Great burger and fries. The milkshakes we had were the thinnest ones we've ever had.
Excellent. Hostess was wonderful & humorous. Food was cooked quickly, presentation was beautiful ..ample portions & plenty fresh fixins on burgers & the fries are hot & seasoned well.
First time there and Hands down, the best burger I've ever had.I will definitely go back.
