I normally do not post negative comments about restaurants, bars or hotels because of my work experience in the restaurant, bar and hospitality industries. I know (firsthand) the multitudes of things that can affect a quality experience. I always try to see the big picture and give the restaurant staff benefit of the doubt. Especially these days... with so many supply chain and staffing issues. However...Just about everything that could have gone wrong at lunch today... did!But the very minute I brought our issues to the Manager's attention (which I wanted so badly NOT to do); she took immediate action! (Managers cannot manage without being informed.) I explained I was not laying blame on anyone in particular, but shared with her the facts about everything that occurred during our visit.I could not be more impressed with the Manager of Longview, Texas' B-Dubs! Unfortunately, our bartender had quite an attitude after I spoke with the Manager, and has a lot to learn if she expects to be successful in that line of work. Given time, that will eventually work itself out as those things always do...Sure wish they would bring a B-Dubs closer to our area!!!! (Winnsboro, Sulphur Springs, Mt. Vernon or Mt. Pleasant!)
We called 4 hours prior to our visit to make sure they could accommodate our group of 17. No problem! We arrived and the gentleman at the front seemed annoyed and just pointed us to a section where we would be seated - at different tables. ? A tad disappointed we had to sit separately but our waitress, Chloe, definitely made up for it. Her and her team made sure our drinks stayed full, appetizers were out quickly and our meals arrived shortly thereafter. The food was delicious and Chloe’s smile, upbeat attitude and service made our visit that much more enjoyable! ?
Staff was short, but the host was bussing tables to get us all seated. Food was off the chain. I got the Buffalo Mac and cheese and the tots with pulled pork. My boys got the hot wi gs and a burger that took two sittings to eat. The place was packed and I understand why. Not to mention it's the perfect atmosphere for a sports fan with adhd. More TV's than I could count without being distracted.
I ordered with Door Dash the other night and somehow Door Dash wouldn’t pick up my order, well I called the manager and ended up speaking with Kris Matthews would told me that when he got off work (in 10min) he would personally drive our food over to us. We work in the ER, it was late we were hungry and they took care of us 100%. They apologized even though it wasn’t their fault but made it right and out food was FRESH! Kudos to you Buffalo Wild Wings and Kris Matthews for your awesome service.
Got there around 9:50pm and we sat for a long while no drink refills and when the food finally came out everyone in our party recieved their food except my 3 children and I!! The waiter kept assuring me that it was coming rite out well everyone was finished eating and we still didn't have food at 11:45. So I went up front and talked to the manager come to find out our food was taken to tge wrong table! We finally got our food to go at 12:15.. they gave me the wings but no fries(he did indeed give me the wings free) and charged me for the drinks...
So disappointed in our visit today. This used to be such a good location ? We sat in the bar and after bartender got our order we didn't see her again until we were done. Also, our order did not come out together - I was half done with my food before husband's came out. Also, don't think my wings were fully cooked - seemed to come off bone hard.
I actually went to cheddars next door but I ran out of reviews. Just taking another chance to tell you to stop messing up my to go orders. Is very annoying. Get a competent person to deal with that do a coefficient test. General knowledge. U know maybe someone who can read and speak in complete sentences. Jezz!!!!
This place is ridiculous, if management can't go buy tea bags at Sam's or Walmart their not very good at managing. Stop blaming covid for laziness.
Service was a little slow, but the food was delicious. Didn't expect a wings dominated place to have good chicken sandwiches, but it was really good. Definitely will be coming back when I'm able too. Good stop for something to eat if your low on time, as service was faster then other places. Just a bit slow, but the food definitely made up for it. I just got a plain chicken sandwich, and I was impressed. Like I said, definitely will be coming back.
