Stopped in to get some takeout pizza for my family. The pizza was ok, the crust was a little hard. Not saying it was bad but it wasn’t great. It was really affordable and I feel it was a good value. I know restaurants are having a hard time with inflation and all, so I appreciate the reasonable price. The atmosphere was awesome! My wife had been there before with some friends and she said her food was really good. I will definitely be back. It was a cool place to chill out and spend time with friends/family.
My wife and I decided to try Bubbas 33 for the first time in Longview and must say the service was amazing. Waitress was amazing, manager Mike brought us a cup with menu and coupons in it, being it was our first time there. Was totally blown away by the amazing service. The food was great and the price was not bad at all. We definitely have paid more at a fast food place and not get anywhere near the service A+++ all the way
My girlfriend and I are regulars here. We always get the same thing each time, same drinks, etc.This go around, we had a new waitress (completely forgot her name, I am sorry). And was given excellent service. Got our food out, and it was wrong. No biggie! Mistakes happen! Everybody is human, and it’s bound to happen.My food was sent back to be corrected, but I didn’t get my corrected food back. Actually, I never got my food back. Again, no biggie, so I waited for my waitress.She comes, asks how the food was, explained what was going on, and she removed the item from our ticket. Awesome, it’s totally okay, like I said, mistakes happen, and I’m glad my lady got to eat.A manager (Matt, I believe.) came by, and greeted us. I explained what happened to him, and wanted to make sure everything was right on our end. I told him that we were completely okay, and we’ll be back to eat here again soon.Not 5 minutes later he comes back with a voucher for my and my girlfriend to here. A free dinner for two, which is awesome! I was hesitant on taking that, but he insisted on making our night right.I ended up giving that voucher to the couple next to us, because I wanted to pass it forward.Bubba’s 33 and it’s staff need to be PRAISED for their efforts and customer service. We’ve been to COUNTLESS restaurants over the years, and this location has proved to us that good customer service exists, and is still very active.We will be back here.
I got the Classic cheese burger it was medium-well done. I like mine well-done. It was very greasy and the salad was not that great. The steak with two sides was not worth 20$ The only thing I liked was the cheese sticks. It was liked eating at a fast food burger place. It was not worth 13.34 . Make sure you have money when you go they're super high. We didn't enjoy our first time there. The waitress was very sweet and kind to us.
I am not going to comment on the TVs, restrooms, wait staff or bar options. I just want to say the pizza was... inedible. Here's how you can save $15 (min). Buy a frozen pizza from your local grocer, pick up some red onion and bell pepper while there. After you cook that pizza with minimal toppings amounts, add raw bell pepper and onions to the top and you have the equivalent of what I received for $23 today. It was supposed to have sausage on it; I found 1-2 crumbles on each piece and you really have to look for it. Don't waste your money.
First time here. I had a black and bleu burger. It was excellent!!!!! Great staff. Wonderful place.
I've been here several times over the years but had not had a burger from until tonight. I had the Sunshine Burger, and it was delicious. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. We also ordered a Mushroom Swiss and Guacamole Bacon burger. They were hits as well. The cheese fries were good, too, not overcooked, and plenty of cheese on top. The atmosphere is always lively. Next time, we might have to try the pizza.
Emily was my waitress and Tanner was her floor manager. They were AMAZING! Emily was delightful. My son tried something too spicy for him and when I asked they to swap them out for a less spicy version they didn't charge me extra. Tanner was so nice and when we told him this was our first time we got coozies. This place just became a new regular. And the prices were amazing too!
2 of us dined. We had the onion rings as an appetizer, a sunshine burger and a meaty pizza. Portions were big and we ended up bringing over half a pizza and half a burger home. The place was packed for lunch and the food came out in good time. Everything was delicious as expected.
Had a great experience here. Friendly staff, quick service, lots of workers and very busy. Beer batter onion rings were good, southern fried chicken was very good, bacon avacado grilled chicken sandwich very tasty but the bun didn't hold up to the huge contents. Plenty of TV monitors to watch various programs. Very upbeat place.
