Sadly today on my birthday I decided to get a treat at my local bonbongo. I was surprised at the fact I didn't even get greeted . It was straight to business which is fine so I placed my order and I was patiently waiting.. keep in mind I ordered 4 iteams but was only given 3. KEEP In mind it's covid season too and it got over croweded quick. So I got back in line uncomfortable to say the least and aksed about my order and the young lady**said she forgot to write it down so there I was waiting on something that wasn't even written down to begin with. I risked it all for my birthday to go to bonbongo and I usually don't write many reviews but oh boy bonbongo you guys let me down.. I guess I'll try to be like Jesus and give y'all a second shot. Peace
The cashiers here are rude. There was some girls in there that I am guessing were her friends who were being rude to the customers as well. Charged for a drink that I never received. And heard some customers say they waited over an hour for their order.
My grandchildren loooove Bombongo ice cream!!! (So do I
