Very slow service and the waitress has had a bit too much alcohol ?... Had to get a different waitress to take our order and bring some drinks. Order the double bone porkchop with green beans and mashed potatoes. The second waitress was absolutely awesome. But the porkchop wasn't cooked all the way through... the green beans and mash were very good.
My family and I went on a Friday night (party of 8), and our waiter, Ryan, was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I had questions about a dish, the spicy chicken peanut with Soba noodles and he told me that it was his favorite. I enjoyed it.All of the food came out well and no errors at all. If I had another server, I don't know if I would have had the same experience,but he was fantastic.I'll definitely be back and maybe next time I'll order that pazookie!

We went to the Longview Texas location last night and we were very happy with the service we received from Meagan. Our first experience was awful that we walked out but the general manager Chad Mitchell reached out to us and convinced us to give it a second chance.. The food was right on and the ale was great too. Meagan was an awesome server who was very attentive to our needs as well as her other customers. We definitely will be going back soon.
So to start, there were 3 families in the restaurant. Greeted by a very kind male host. Immediately took us to our table, waitress came about 10 minutes later. There were about 5 waitresses walking around the building. Took our drink order and brought it quickly, so it atarted well. Got a quick appetizer, was kind of her to give us chips guac and salsa for one price. She couldnt keep our glasses filled, especially for how long we waited and she only had 2 tables. We ordered our entrees once the appetizer arrived, and proceeded to wait 45mins on 2 kids meals, a burger, and some pasta! Pasta was so OVERCOOKED that it turned to pasta puree. My wifes burger was cold and sweet potato fries were cold. Kids pizzas were hot. So we asked the waitress what had happened and apparently our adult dinners were done in the first 15mins. But the kids pizzas took 40minutes... first time going, probably wont go again.
We went in for our 25th anniversary dinner tonight and received exceptional service from our server. Her name was Morgan. She went above and beyond to help us celebrate. We were impressed with the timing on food and drinks with how busy the staff appeared to be. Food quality was great, all other staff friendly and helpful. We will be coming back soon

We haven’t been here for about 6 months after the last fiasco of service, but we decided to give it another try! We got seated right away, and. immediately upon being seated we asked if they still had the Prime Rib as that’s our go to to order. The waitress said she go check immediately. She was gone for about 20 mins when another waitress came and said that she was now our waitress and that she was going to check and see if they still have prime rib. She came back 20 mins later and said yes they had 2 left. We said we’d like to order quickly to be sure to grab it. We ordered, she comes back 15 mins later to say the manager wanted her in the back and that we may need to change our order and gave us a menu. Another 15 mins go by and she says no we’re good! So do the math we’ve been there an hour and still not sure if what we ordered is actually going to come out. When it does come out it doesn’t have the horseradish sauce with it and because it’s not brought out by the waitress we have to wait and wait to finally flag her down to get the sauce and more drinks (which were waters!) By the time she comes back we were basically done with our meal. I just felt like this was a disaster. I’m all for a waitress having a rough day but I’d watch her go talk to other waitresses and waiters and lallygag about even when we’d put a request in. No direct service. The food was good, it’s always been good but I don’t have an hour to kill to see if what we ordered was even a possibility.
Greet staff. Sweet waitress. Great atmosphere. Only thing I don't like is the lighting
